A SECOND CHANCE (BWWM)

Eleven

I woke up ten minutes late. I signed as I got in the shower quickly. Before rushing out to my car.

Once I got at work all eyes were on me. I continued to walk to my office when a surprise face was sitting in my chair.

"Nathan? What the hell? What are you doing here?"

"Ahh. Running late aren't we?" He laughed.

"Yeah. Get out my chair. What do you want? You making me think I'm in trouble when I came in."

All he did was laugh before speaking.

"I have a meeting with your boss Mr. Chambers. Starts @11 did you forget?"

Damn. I totally forgot that meeting was today.

"Of course not."

I smiled and walked pass him and went into the conference room to finish helping set up, that took about 10minutes.

"So what is it that you would like to expand on our company Mr. Vinci?"

He sat right across Mr. Chambers along with three of his other colleagues.

"You have a small company that I see so much potential in. I see great things coming from here sir. I mean after all you have Ms. Anderson following you in good steps."

"Yes. She is my best employee little do she know."

"You taught her very well."

As I took notes on some of the ideas Nathan had for the company. I couldn't help but noticed eyes watching me. Not just anybody. It was him.

I looked up to see those blue eyes staring at me. I looked back up at him making eye contact and smiled. It reminded me of the first time we went on a date.

"Where are we going?" I laughed as Nathan pulled me into the woods. "Your not about to kill me are you?"

"Never bear now just hush and look." He kissed my nose and walked me into the beautiful garden.

"You like?"

"I love it." I jumped excitedly. It was so pretty. It was full of food and flowers and the moon was just perfect.

We sat and ate and talked. I loved every single moment with him.

"Your so beautiful." He said as he pushed my curly hair back. I blushed and smiled looking down out of shyness.

He lift my head up. Staring at me with those blue eyes. Next thing I feel is his cold lips in mines.

"Wouldn't you agree Ms. Anderson?"

I looked over seeing Mr. Chambers and Nathan looking at me to respond.

"Yes."

"Good. In that case Mr. Vinci I look forward to working with you."

"Like wise." The stood and shook hands.

They both got up, Mr. Chambers leaving out to his office. While Nathan got up and walked over towards me.

"Yes." I said finishing picking up the papers and looked up at him.

"What you doing tonight?"

"Minding my business as you should."

"Dinner. Tonight. Me and you." He said boldly.

"What makes you think I was available?"

I said as he smirked and leaned forward to my ear. His breath was close to my skin making me shiver. He knew where my weak spot was, which pissed me off.

He grabbed my waist pulling me even closer to him. I couldn't control my breathing and the way he seduced me to the point where I wanted him.

He knew it because he laughed and whispered.

"Who said I was asking?" He said sternly.

Damn.

He smirked and looked at me then my lips. He brushed his lips close to mines teasing me right before speaking.

"Be ready by eight."

He looked at me with those blue eyes knowing that he just accomplished something and walked away.

Once he was out the room I could now breathe again. He had me and he knew it.

"Girl what the hell then happened to you?" Yessli asked.

"I don't know. I think I got a date tonight, with Nathan."

"Oh shit. How that happened?"

"I don't know it just happened."

"Been there. Well I'll see you after work to help you."

I was just shook at what just happened.
