Chapter 15: falling out of love?

Emma's POV

It's been a few months since Jacob asked me out but ever since then Nessa, Tanner, Jacob, and I haven't hung out in a while. Peyton hasn't talked to me. Mary and I became closer. Xolo and I arent as close as we use to be. Peyton, Nessa, Xolo, and Tanner haven't been hanging with us for months. 

-at school-

"Hey ness and we talk?" I asked. "Um sure whats up?" she asked. "Why haven't you talked to me in months!?" I asked. "Well umm ever since Tanner and I started dating and you and jacob started dating we just haven't had the best friendship. I got into a fight with Jacob because he says 'i spend too much with tanner' whatever that means and well you know how fights end.. we kinda said we wish we never knew each other so I stopped talking to both of you and Peyton has been helping me. Same as with Xolo. But Xolo is on both of our sides." said nessa. "Oh..." I said. "Well um I gotta go. bye emma. I'll text you later." she said and left for class. 

-after school-

(Nessa's POV)

Ah finally home! "Hey leo whats up?" I asked. "Nothing much sis what about you?" he asked. "nothing either. well xolo is coming today." I said. "Okay." he said. After some few minutes I heard a knock on the door. "She is in her room." I heard leo say. Then I heard a knock on my door. "Come in." I said lying on my bed. "Hey what's up?" asked Xolo. "Hey xolo! and nothing much." I said as he lied on my bed as well. "So how are things with you and tanner?" he asked. "Good ig. After the whole fight tanner and i been keeping our distance from jacob and emma."  said looking down. "Aw I am sorry ness." he said. "It's okay it wasn't your fault. I mean it was just my fault... but it's okay. Anyways let's finish this project." I said. "Okay." he said.

-after  an hour-

"DONE!" I yelled. "Yes!" he said. "Okay so now we just have to present this next Monday and then we will get an A+ or so." he added. "Yea!" I said. "Well I would love to stay and chat but I gotta go my mom needs me." he said. "It's okay xolo! See you tomorrow!" I said. "Okay! bye." said Xolo. Okay I know what you all are thinking. 'What happened between you and jacob!?' well I am not going to talk about it! 

-later that night-

"Hey sis. Someone is here to talk to you." said leo. "Okay you can send them up to my room." I said. "Um hey nessa.." said... "Jacob!?" I said. "Um... I um... look I wanted to apologize to you for being mean to you and saying your spending too much time with tanner. I know I can be mean sometimes but I wasn't trying to be rude.. i understand if you dont forgive me." he said and as soon as I said that I hugged him. "Oh Jacob I missed you soo much! You don't know how much I missed you!" I said and was still hugging him. He hugged me back. "Wanna hang out tomorrow?" he asked. "Yes!" I said. "Well I'll see you tomorrow." I said. "Okay bye ness." he said. "bye jacob." I said. 

-the next day-

I woke up and left like crying because of a stupid dream. I got up for school and put on a black dress with some while vans. "Morning leo!" I said sitting down to eat. "Morning sis. Need a rid- wait what are you wearing!?" he asked me. "Um a dress." I said. "you are going to wear a dress to school?" he asked. "Yea why?" I said. "Who are you and what have you've you done o my little sister cuz when she was 10 she said 'I will NEVER wear a dress to school.' and now she is!" he said laughing. "Come on! That was 6 years ago!" I said laughing too. "Well you gotta go. You dont wanna be late for school." he said. "true anyways bye Jacob and Xolo will be here soon. I'm going to get my things." I said. "Okay sis. See you later." he said. "Yup! Bye!!!" I said and left.
