3 loud thuds in a row

urgent and intruding, terrifying per se.

woke jisoo up from her deep sleep on her couch. before she could register the urgency 2 louder bangs on her door made her soul jump out of her own skin.

she took in her surroundings as fast as she could, whipping her head to her left side she found jennie sound asleep. her head on jisoo's lap. a smile was starting to form on her features but before it could fully form the bangs on the door resumed, just as terrifying.

"jennie.. hey jen wake up" jisoo whispered as her voice was a little hoarse from the sleep. she shook jennie softly and tucked a few strands of her hair, that layed on her face, behind her ear.

as no response came from the younger brunette jisoo decided to lift her head from her lap and lay it out on the couch cushion.

she did it as softly and as quitely as she could and saw jennie stir a bit but she went back to the dreamland. how was the girl still sleeping through all this noise?

jisoo's face turned to an angry scowl plus terrified frown with each hurried step she took towards her door as the only thing that mattered right now was jennie's sleep. she stopped before the door as her hand trembled as it reached the door handle, and without thing about this much she swished the door open.

"you scum!"

everything happened really fast and before jisoo could know it she was on the floor with incredible pain in her stomach. she felt two warm hands wrap around her face and when she looked at the source she felt a little pain dissipate. a worried jennie kneeling before jisoo's body and taking her face in her hands. jennie's worried features turned into angry ones in a moment.

"what do you think.." she hissed and whipped her head to her right. "..you're doing?!"

"doing what you should've done!" a very familiar but high pitched voice rang in jisoo's ears.

jisoo winced quietly, still holding her stomach sitting on the ground, and looked at the intruder. ruby. ruby!

ruby spit those words out looking at jisoo in disgust and as those words left her mouth she moved forward to launch herself at jisoo. jisoo flinched but saw how instantly jennie stood up between them.

"ruby!" jennie half yelled and held her left hand behind her above jisoo in, what supposed to be was, a stance

"jennie!" ruby yelled back in a higher tone and watched as jisoo stood up instantly after she yelled. jisoo too now came infront of her beside jennie and they both stood their ground.

"who do you take yourself as? barging into my house and kicking me right in the stomach!" jisoo exclaimed but in a much calmer voice compared to the twins.

"aye.. you bastard" ruby's eyes burnt with anger and she pointed one her index finger at jisoo. "im not naive as this one here, i understand clearly what your motives are with my sister." she nodded in jennie's direction.

"please madame enlighten us of the great wisdom you bear." jennie mocked.

"you shut your mouth you rat! knows nothing but garbage!" the intruder whipped her head towards jennie and raised her voice again.

jennie was taken aback and she frowned slightly but jisoo didnt waste her time coming into the field.

"careful kim.." jisoo warned in a deeper tone. "..spit one more word about jennie from that filthy mouth of yours and ill make it shutup permanently."
