Take 11

"The doctor said they don't know what's the problem, but you died somehow. " Shinoa says, and Yuu shrugs, slurping his canned orange juice.

  "Nah, so what?" He asks, carefree. "Yuuichiro Amane, you died twice." Shinoa says, straight faced. " Okay, missy. What do you want me to do? It's not like i can do anything about it." He says. Shinoa sighs.

  " Nothing, really. " The lilac haired girl looks down, staring at her small feet. She sighs. "It's just... You really scared us, you know?"

   The raven's gaze softens. " Yea, sorry about that. I don't mean to scare you guys off. " He scratches his nape, looking away as a tad of guilt makes it way inside his heart.

   "Did you jump?" Shinoa asks him. His body petrifies. "No?" He tries. "Honest, Yuuichiro." She demands. "Wait, no, i mean it! I didn't jump!" He denies, and Shinoa eyes him suspiciously. " Then why are you on the ground right where the balcony is located?" She asks. " I slipped. " He answers truthfully, but the lilac haired girl  seems not to buy it. She sighs out loud, rubbing her temples.

  " I don't know, Yuu san. Care to explain what exactly happens?" She asks, and Yuu takes a moment to think about what he had experienced. He deducted that, it does not make sense. Friends or not, he wouldn't be mad if Shinoa decided that he has gone insane.

  "I was about to jump;" Shinoa smacks him. "So you did suicide attempt after all!" She roars.

   " Oh my god, shut up Shinoa. I'm trying to remember things." He says while rubbing his stinging arm, annoyed. Can't she wait for another moment to hit him, he has got 2 broken ribs for pete's sake. She don't have to add his pain by smacking him.

   "Later." She says. "And by all means,  continue." He nods. "A bright light appears." He says, and Shinoa nods. " And then? " She asks. " I saw Mika. " And then there is silence.

   "... That's hard to believe but please continue." She comments, and Yuu smiles at her. At the very least, she's still willing to listen to him despite how ridiculous he sounds.

  "It's a little weird, though. He's wearing a white cloak and this thigh high boots-"

  " Wait what-"

  " I mean, let's ignore that part. He also had a huge ass scythe with him. But that is not the most shocking part;" he describes.

  " Like the whole story doesn't sound shocking already. Oh my god." She knocks on her head with her knuckles, frustrated. Maybe she needs to stop by Mitsuba's and grab some booze to minimize her stress.

  " He has beautiful white feathery wings on his back, four of them. Oh, and there's bonus. I don't think he recognize me. " He finishes.

  " How did you fell and died, but didn't get any injuries?" She asks. " Ha caught me before i hit the ground. " Yuu says, smiling lightly remembering that Mikaela embraced him, catching him from the fall.

  "You know what, Yuu san?" Shinoa begins, and he looks at her in the eyes. "I don't want to believe you. You must have hit your head and gone mad or something."  She says, waving her hands around imitating a mad man. Yuu cracks a laugh.

  "That's alright, i kind of expect you would say that." He chuckles. "I'm not done with my words, you idiot. " She snorts, not a very lady like sound to make. "With all due respect, please proceed." He jokes.

   "But i'll believe you. You are not that good at lying, and if you decided to lie at all, you must be desperate. And i believe that you have your own reason. Not to mention that you are quite the honest man yourself. " She finishes. Yuuichiro beams. " Thank you. " He chants.

  "You know what, Shinoa?" He says. Shinoa looks at him. "Yeah?" She asks.  "Get me out of here." He supposed that she wants to protest, judging by her facial expressions. But he stops her before she could say anything. "I've got a feeling that Mika will visit soon." He remarks.
