"Are you sure that this is him? I mean, yeah, they do look identical. But you know, you are present at his funeral!" The blonde hear whispers, and he stirs, waking up from his unneeded sleep. "Yes, Shinoa. It is him. Look at what you have done, he's awake now!" And then he hears Yuu's voice. He opens his eyes reluctantly, not knowing if he wants to deal with any human. His gaze instantly greeted by the view of a lilac haired girl. His head jerks back, hitting Yuu's chin in the process, making the raven groans.
"Hello there, Mikaela san! Fancy seeing you again after your funeral!" The lilac haired girl chirps, and Mikaela furrow his eyebrows at her. "Is this midget always this rude?" He asks Yuuichiro, and the other boy shrugs. "Nah. I suppose that she is just mad at you." The raven says.
"Oh you guessed, Yuu san! You have no idea. By the way, Mikaela san. I heard that you have wings. Where are they?" Shinoa asks, totally trying to pry. "I have four of them. But i can hide it." Mikaela answers. " I see that you guys are sleeping together." She says, smirking.
" Well, yeah." Mikaela answers, completely oblivious of what she truly meant. " Mika, that's not-" yuu's cut off by Shinoa's psycho giggling. "Oh my god, who's the seme and uke?" She asks excitedly, and the boys stares at her, confused.
"What..?" They say in confusion. "Who tops?" She asks shamelessly. Mikaela's face burns from the embarrassment. "W-why are you... That's sin! You guys are- Yuuchan, get away from me!" Mikaela panics, and he pushes Yuu off the couch while the lilac haired girl laughs insanely. "I see that you bottoms, Mikaela san~" she sing songs. "What the- listen here, midget, we are not even together! I don't like him like that, Yuuchan is my friend!" Mikaela roars.
" Ouch, the friend zone hurts." Yuu says, getting up. Shinoa eyes sparkles even more hearing the raven's mumble. "You guys likes each other!" She screams.
"What?" Mikaela asks, even more confused. " You see, Mikaela san-" She is cut off by Yuuichiro's shout. "What is your business here, Shinoa?!" It managed to grab the exaggerating girl's attention from ghosting the blonde who's raging and embarrassed.
"Right!" She shouts, clasping her hand together and standing up straight. "I need you guys to get this for me." She says, handing them out a list. "And why can't you get it yourself?" The raven asks. It's not like he is not willing to help a friend, but her sudden request needs a reason.
"Hmm, let's see. Well, i have works to do on this holiday so i may not have the time. But Yuu san, you are totally free, i know. So help me, okay? I'll repay you with something! Have fun you two, i am almost late for my part time job now. Bye!" She explains before quickly march to the door and closing it. The two boys stares at the door, static at the place they are standing, dumbfounded.
Clearing his throat, Mikaela asks, "So, when are we going?" Yuuichiro thinks for a short while. " Totally not today. Tomorrow, maybe?" Yuu answers, laying himself back on the couch. He nods, not that he cares much about it anyway. They keep quiet, Yuu starts to drift into sleeping, not quite but he's trying. While Mikaela get lost in his own thought.
"What will you do if my life is at stake, but there will be consequences for you if you save me?" Yuuichiro's eyes snap open upon hearing Mikaela's question. " What kind of question is that? Where did that came from?" The raven asks, quite surprised. The blonde shrugs. " I don't know, it just did somehow. Well, what would you do?" Mikaela asks.
"I would definitely save you no matter what it costs me." Yuuichiro answers confidently. The blonde finds himself staring at the floor, not finding anything else as interesting. Other than the raven's speech, at least. "Why?" He mutters, feeling his static heart warms at the raven's answer.
"Because we are liars." The raven retorts. Yuuichiro's answer this time obviously caught Mikaela off guard, as the blonde stares blankly at the raven. "How is that even related to each other?" The blonde asks, eyes narrowing while the raven chuckles.
" Is this some kind of drama roleplay? If it is, then i will tell you my opinion. We are alike, Mika. I won't let you sacrifice yourself for me and all that cringe worth heartbreaking stuff. Do we listen to each other, though? No. I would sacrifice myself even if you beg me not to." The raven says. He holds Mikaela's face gently, smiling.
"You are everything i asked for." The raven mumbles, just loud enough for the blonde to hear. "I would say that i'll be fine, but..." The raven stops for a short while, and Mikaela focus on the raven, patiently waiting for Yuuichiro to complete his sentence.
"... i would actually beg you to save me. But i won't. And you, Mika, would always do the same for me." The raven finishes. He leans in, and this time, their lips connect into a gentle kiss. The angel doesn't fight back nor do anything to stop the action.
Don't get attached to a human?
To hell with that, the angel thinks.
He kisses back, moving his lips against the raven's.
Pulling away, they pant lightly. "Why do you suicide attempt?" The angel asks him. "You are smart, find out yourself." The raven retorts.
" I can't read minds." The angel says. " I don't want to live a life without you in it." The raven confesses. "So bold and desperate." The blonde mutters.
Yuuichiro beams at the angel. " I love you, Mika." He says. Mikaela averts his gaze, cheeks slightly pink. "Well, i don't." The blonde says, though he knows that the raven probably notices that he is lying.
"Whatever you say, Mika." The raven comments. The blonde gets up, and Yuuichiro looks at him, eyes pleading the blonde not to leave. "I'll be back. I have a meeting with the higher up to attend right now. I'll see you later okay, Yuuchan?" He pats the raven's hair softly while Yuuichiro just stares at him. They bid each other goodbyes, and in matter of seconds, Mikaela disappears.
