chapter no 8

Luis grabbed his car keys and drove to the forbidden cave which connected human and vampire world.he sat down his back against a large rock,staring at the sky.he danced someone's foot steps and turned around to see maria standing right behind him.
"What you doing here late night."she asked him sitting right next to him.
"I was just feeling alone."he stated.
"You won't mind if I ask you some thing personal, right?"maria asked him.
Luis:"hmm."
Maria:"Mr,Ms Darwin's aren't your real parent, right."
Luis:"yes they aren't .my father bought me to the human world so I could be safe. He told me he would come for me when the right moment arrives."
Maria:"Did you ever love some one in your life?"
Luis:"hey..that was supposed to be my turn.you answer your own question."
Maria:"I do there was a boy named Hiro."
Luis:"so you do remember my name."he spoke to him self in a barely audible voice.
They both sat there staring at those beautiful stars.
"I wanted to show you this place never knew you'd come here by your self."Luis spoke in complete silence.He tilted his head to see maria already staring at him. He gazed in those beautiful, distant green eyes.
"I guess we should leave."he told her looking away."before Lia wakes up and worries about my absence."he spoke as he walked towards the car.
"Hiro." Her voice made him freeze.
"You are Hiro, aren't you?" She spoke."That mark on the back side of your neck.please don't lie to me."
"Maria I don't know why all of the sudden you are asking me this. but for the question you asked the answer is no."
"Look me in the eyes and tell me that you hate me and you don't love me. I swear Hiro won't say that to me."
He turned around,tears rolling down her cheeks.
He wanted to hug her.tell her that he's the one she'd been looking for her whole life. But he had a battle to win. He couldn't afford her to lose this time.
Luis:"Maria James I'm not the one you're looking for."
Maria:"you won't tell me."
Luis:" I'm not bound to give you the answer you need ."he speaks in a formal way.
He held back the tears in his eyes. He wanted to tell a 1000 time that he loved her.
"Maria are you coming?" He asked in his hoarse voice.
She knew she wouldn't be able to reach before the sun rises. She sat on the pessengers seat. He glanced at her a couple of time from the front mirror.her eyes puffy from crying. Who knew it was that easy to make maria cry.well it is hard if you lose your lover.
She stopped by his house to collect her belongings.
Only an hour and a half before the school starts. Maria changed in to a crop hoodie and beegy pants, her hairs tied in a high pony tail she brushed her bangs to the either side.she stared at her reflection in the mirror. Eye bags under her eyes which she tried to hide with the help of conceler.
She went down stairs and in the kitchen. Maria put her bag on the kitchen island and walked towards the refrigerator.
"Fuck. Out of blood bags again."
She left a voice message for her dad that she was out of blood cause he was the one who provided her.she slipped the phone back in her pants pocket .
She found a group of boys standing In the corner of the basket ball stadium.maria walked towards a boy, her arm over his shoulder.
"I don't have a library card but can I check you out." She wispered in his ears. And his lips forming a smirk. They both walk to the men's bathroom. He locks the door from inside. Maria came closer to him her hand on his chest.his eyes moved to her beautiful red lips and he leaned closer to kiss her but she put her index finger on his lips .his expression disappointed.
"Not so fast honey." She told him in her sweet sugary voice. His face lit up with a wide smile that suited on his handsome face. Even maria's prey aren't ugly.
She leans closer to his neck smelling the strong scent of the blood. She digs her sharp fang in to his flesh tasting his delicious blood. His moans are the only voice she could hear but soon his pleasure was soon gone and he  layed dead on the ground. Maria licks the last drops of blood from her lips before leaving the rest room.she opened the door and found devil  standing in front.

The day was finally over maria reached for the handle to open the main door. Noah sat on the couch.
"Maria sit here." He told his voice rough.she sat in front of him. Despite of being in his late twenties he had a handsome face, his blue eyes were beautiful but sad.
"Maria, you have to reach for the stone before it's too late. Some of the pure bloods joined forces with the orignals. Once they get the stone they can get beyond destroying. It lays in the center of the dark tree.
And the orignals are ruled by.." before he could speak he fell on the ground. His heart stopped in his chest . Maria sat on her knees tears rolling down her cheeks.
