The Octace

His first day at the Octace was a rest. He had roamed around the eighteen floors of the structure that were exposed to the outer air. The graves buried beneath were still prohibited to him, but it didn't matter. He would be beyond those bars very soon. He had been given a room on the fifteenth floor right now.
A luxurious, spacious room. A deluxe suite. A large bed with soft mattress and blankets, elegant wallpapers, a smooth floor, and a 75-inch 4K ultra HD television. The windows were of the full height from the floor to the ceiling with a balcony outside. The balcony was five meters long and three meters wide. A rocking chair stood there unnerved by the cold winds that blew in from the sea. There was a computer on a computer table near the wall to the right of the bed. A laser printer rested beside the computer on a table and a wifi router hung on the wall beside the computer.
This was a place meant to enjoy. But the fun had to be left behind. It was time to think further. He had already proven his ability by the two deaths he had told them about. He had to prove his worth now. And he had to rise in the ranks. Because only when great trust shatters does great pain roll. And pain, he would return. That he was sure of.
He had a plan. He had to perfect it. And he needed Mr. Orlov to play it along with him.

He was walking down the python of steps for a minute now. Roaming around the Octace too as he made his way to Mr. Orlov. Ground zero was the first floor below ground level. After that came ground X, Ground Y, ground Z, Beta, and Alpha. Mr. Orlov would be present at Ground zero most of the time. Planning. And that was what he was also going for.
He had reached the ground floor. He had to take the unrepaired lift now. There was no visible way to the depths of this sea. He was walking through a long passage that would split in two and again in two later. Only one sequence of turns would lead Alexzei to where he wished.
He was passing many chambers. Restrooms. Of the other men of Orlov's Order. He passed a door labeled 'K.O.' on a previous floor. The rooms here were at some distance from each other and were similarly labeled 'M.L.', and 'Z.C.'. And then he crossed a room labeled 'K.S.', and vaguely heard whispers across the door. Only a moment later did he realize that this room had to be dead, just like its owner.
The order inside the Octace isn't as it seems to be, beneath the water of the sea was a shark or whale, that he had to see. Silently walked up to the door and pressed his ear on the door, trying to lay hands on another conspiracy.

The voice coming from inside was faint. loud enough only to be just audible. There was a man. Talking. But it was more like giving a speech.
"Comrade Sol gave up his life to our cause. We cannot let that sacrifice go in vain. We have sworn to entrap the biggest threat of our men across the sea. We need to fulfill it. I am assuming that there is going to be a ploy soon. Mr. Orlov doesn't like sleeping newbies. We have to help him get CIA."
Alexzei breathed a sigh of relief. The scent was fooling his nose. The talk was nothing like it had seemed to him. But he was now even more interested as to what these men were planning.
