Near the international border to Tanzania, Algeria

Alexzei
He drove through the jungle between the territories of Algeria and Tanzania. Cliffs blanketed with forest, flourished with the freshwater of a river that flowed from the highlands of Zimbabwe, through Sudan and into Tanzania, running close Algerian border, turning towards Ziegler's territory, forming a waterfall between Tanzania and Algeria and then meeting the sea at Algerian coast. At that end of this river Muerta was built the most inaccessible place in Asia. He was seeking a meeting at this cartel, of drugs, destruction and death, at the remote settlement near the border.
After their heist nearly forty-eight hours ago, Alexzei had spent the previous day in rest. He had to let his body converge his energy, for the next few days were not going to be easy. He had spent the day relaxing and target practising. For some time he also did fitness training. One finger push ups and other abdominal exercises. He had even practised manoeuvres and flips. Combat was approaching, and he had to gear up.
He was at the top of the hill when he let the motors to a rest. Another mile and a half down the slope, he could see the large, spread out structure, standing at the cliff. Across the international borders, behind the waterfall of the longest river in asia Three floors over an expanse of forty square miles.
But those two floors were hiding another five floors below it. Conrad Orlov had been keeping a close eye on his potential rival from the central Asia. Alexzei was here with word.

Alexzei
He had reached the end of the forest. The land ahead was plain. Wet sand. Fifty metres away he could see five men, in black combat uniforms with an assault rifle in hand. Even with such great distance, Alexzei could recognise them as Heckler and Koch built HK 416 assault rifle with a fifteen rounds per second firing rate and a range of nearly half a kilometre. At this distance, if Alexzei didn't submit, he would be a sieve plate before he could roll on the accelerator.
So he gently moved forward until the guards could notice him as a threat, and as they did, raising their guns, training lasers on Alexzei, he cut off the power, parked the Amphiboy and stood besides it with his palms open and his forearm at forty five degrees with his upper arm, which was inclining downwards. His hands were in a V as he knelt down on the order of the guards.
"Who are you? And what brings you here?"
Alexzei turned his palm so that his bracelet could be seen by the guards. "I'm from here. With news that I need your boss to hear."
He saw the guard make a call from his flip phone and mutter something. The next minute he trained his gun on Alexzei and spoke to the others. "Bring him in," he said in a deep, heavy voice.
