Never leave your drink unattended

I ended up getting to class about fifteen minutes early. Liz was already in her seat doing something on her computer. Her dyed sky blue hair was in a braid and she keeps fidgeting with it. She has her headphones and she didn't react to me sitting next to her so I guess she's really focused on whatever she is typing. I'm thinking about telling her about my date later today, but I'm not sure if that's the greatest idea since Liz will probably want to be a third wheel and tag along. And since I can't let that happen for obvious reasons, I'll probably keep my mouth shut.

I won't tell you that much about what happened during class, because it was completely boring. We learned about art and art history, and then we were assigned an art project. The professor said we can work with a partner if we wanted and Liz finally decided to acknowledge me and grabbed my arm, "You ready to ace this?" She asked. As much as an airhead as she can be, I admit she's really good when it comes to group work. I never have to worry about her not doing the work, and she's doesn't spam me to check if I'm doing mine. Another good thing was that we almost never have to meet up, so I don't have to worry too much about me accidently slipping up.

"Yeah sure," I answered and for the next hour, we were planning what we were going to do and how we were going to split the work, pretty boring stuff. Anyways, afterwards we ate some pizza from the cafeteria and we went our separate ways.  It was around three in the afternoon when I got back home and I decided to start working on the project. It was pretty simple, I basically just have to do a biography about a famous digital artist. And after about an hour I already did about a quarter of my part of the project. I still have another five hours until it's time to meet up with... I forgot his name. I don't plan to do much in the mean time, so I'll write later!

~~~~~~~~~~
I feel so much better now! OH MY GOD! I feel amazing. I guess you can already assume I killed him, which you would be right if you did.
I spent two hours getting ready, making sure that Leon, that's his name apparently, would think that I have the same intentions for going to the date as him. I straighten my hair, added some blue eyeshadow and wore a form fitting, long sleeve crop top that's camouflage blue with black jeans. I am really proud of how I was abled to pretty myself up, and when I met up with Leon, he was definitely impressed too.
"D*mn girl, you looking h*lla sexy right now," Leon said with the most f*ckboy smile I've ever seen. How could someone name Leon of all names be the such a typical f*ckboy? This boy took me to be a a dumb, naïve girl and as much as I hate to act like one, I needed to bring him to the house tonight, so I just giggled like a high school girl and said "You ain't looking too bad yourself."
He wrapped his arm over my waist and guided me inside the club, and let me tell you, it was loud, and I mean LOUD. Now I understand why people go out on "dates" at the club. Because it's way too hard to actually get to know the person and you get a free one night stand with little-to-no emotional attachment.
"Do you want me to put your purse away?" He asked, already trying to grab it. I just shook my head and took a step back. He looked almost offended, like I just tried to accuse him of just wanting to sleep with me. "How are you supposed to dance with it on?"
"I'm not much of a dancer, and I would like to have my phone with me," I remarked, giving him a smile that meant Thanks for the offer though and walked towards the bar.
Leon and I got to chatting, well, less chatting and more like screaming at each other and pretending that we understood what the other was saying, and eventually the bartender asked us what we wanted to drink.
"I'll just take a beer, please, and whatever... this fine lady wants," he requested as he scooted closer to me. I truly hope that he wasn't trying to pretend that he actually cared about me because he made it way too obvious that he didn't even know my name, though I guess I can't really talk. I place my hand over my chest and grinned, "you don't have to, I can pay for my own drink."
"Please, let me do this. This is the least I can do for having the most beautiful woman in the world agree to go out with me."
Oh. My. God.
You have no idea how much strength it took for me to not roll my eyes. "I'll take a coke then," I turned to the bartender, trying to not let Leon see my expression. He cocked an eyebrow when I said my order. "You sure you don't want anything else?" Or what he really meant, don't you want something with alcohol in it so it'll be easier to hook up with you? I nodded eagerly and replied "I'm only twenty, it's not like I can anyways."  For a split second he had a very serious look on his face, but as soon as I registered his sudden expression change, he went back to having the stupid*ss smile again. A minute later the bartender got us our drinks and told us to ask him if we wanted anything else. We both immediately started drinking, trying to dismiss the fact the we didn't really have much to talk about.
"So, what did you do since we last saw each other?" I asked, trying to make small talk as well as trying to figure out a few things for later tonight. He shrugged and continued chugging his beer. "Well, I went to work, drank some Cola, went home, got ready, and now I'm with you," I was barely able to understand what he was saying, and I definitely wasn't in the mood of having to repeat myself, nor having to repeatedly ask him to. "Do you want to move somewhere less loud?"
"Yeah, that seems like a good idea." He replied as he got up and offered me his hand. I seemingly gladly accepted and allowed him to take me to the back of the club. We found some empty seats and we sat down.
"All you did was drink soda?" I asked with a playful and teasing tone. He put his hands up in the air like he got caught doing something illegal.
"Well, I don't eat that much, really. How about you?"
I took a sip of my drink, glad to have heard that he hasn't eaten all day. It'll make this soo much easier. "Nothing much, honestly. I went to school and when I got home I worked on an art project, and now here I am." He just smiled, nodding in response as he finished his beer. I then heard a phone that started to vibrate. Leon's face froze with an expression that made him look like a deer in the headlights. He smiled awkwardly and pulled out the phone from his pocket.
"Ummm... I'm sorry, I have to take this. It's... my sister," he assured me, and before I could've even responded, he took off.
Now, normally someone in my position would be devastated about the fact that he obviously has another girl. But, I wasn't interested in him like that, the only reason why I even hang out with him was because I needed to. Besides, it was the perfect opportunity. I stood up and walked over to the bar again and motioned for the bartender to come over to me.
"What can I get for you?"
"Hello again, Can I have two cokes with straws, please?" I asked innocently. The bartender nodded and served me two cups of coke. "Thank you! Have a nice night," I beamed. I returned to our spot and placed the two cups down. I opened up my purse and grabbed a bag with a powder that's made up of twelve high-dosed aspirin pills and five doses of the sleeping pills. I poured it into the drink that would belong to Leon and mixed it with the straw. With what seemed like perfect timing, Leon returned.
"Hey, sorry about that." He said worriedly. I just smiled like I had no idea what that call was actually about, "It's fine, why did your sister call you?"
"My sister...? Oh, right, she wanted to ask if I could take her to school early tomorrow. Apparently she has something going on," He noticed the full cups in front of him, "Did you get me another drink?"
"Of course! And I couldn't order you a beer so I figured I might as well get you a cola, since it like your favorite or something."
He smiled, probably thankful of how stupid I supposedly was, and grabbed the spiked drink. He immediately drank about half, and I couldn't help but smile a little. He noticed it and chuckled in confusion. "What?"
"Nothing," I responded as I smiled the truest smile I had all day, "I'm just really glad you asked me out."
