POPPY LEANED back down onto her seat as Nyx returned to sit beside her on her left, placing her chin on the palm of her hand, already yawning in boredom.
Caspian did his signature stringing on the keys to begin the show before heavily placing the tips of his fingers onto the piano beginning to play his song. The crowd stared at him never once removing their gaze as he continued to play so elegantly like never before.

He finished and as if on key everyone stood up on their feet clapping, praising him as if he was their lord and they were his followers. Caspian took a bow gazed upon the rows of seats hoping to find his one rose and as he spotted Poppy who remained seated yet clapping smiled. The audience threw red roses onto the stage continuing to cheer him on as he remained on stage giving a short speech.
Poppy remained fixated on him in awe at what an incredible player he had become while Nyx began to slowly close her eyes, drowning at the sound the piano had just created.
A man walked on the stage using a broom to sweep off the roses that were thrown on stage while Caspian moved to the side still thanking everyone.
"Poppy look," Esmond told her, leaning from their seat and pointing at a sleeping Nyx.
She turned her head to look away from the stage following Esmond's finger as it pointed to Nyx.
Poppy leaned down to match the height of her best friend as her head remained on the armrest.
"Nyx, Nyx '' she whispered repeatedly, shaking her arm that remained by her side lightly.
Quickly she had woken up using the palm of her hand to rub her eyes as she turned her head to look at Poppy and Esmond.
"We'll look at who fell asleep" Esmond chuckled, eyeing Nyx who could barely keep her eyes open.
"What" she inaudibly spoke repositioning herself in her seat.
"You fell asleep love."
Nyx nodded understandably and began to look around again while Poppy returned her gaze back onto the stage as Esmond intensely eyed the bottom of the balcony.
They tilted their body back onto the seat eyeing Nyx in the process. She looked back at them squinting her eyes as she attempted to make out what they were saying underneath the dim light.
"Hugo and Fiona are at the bottom."
She nodded looking at the bottom of the balcony where Hugo and Fiona stood side by side together also looking for them.
