Sean moved closer to Zapdos, but before climbing up onto him, he turned and asked Spark curiously. "Do you think the other leaders will really listen?" Spark helped a baby Meowth down from a tree, snuggling it into his long arms. When Spark met his eyes, he told him honestly. "Only time will tell. But we were all friends once... Though we don't always see things the same way. I choose to believe that the things that divide us don't outweigh the bonds we shared. Those bonds are just harder to remember as you get older. They aren't bad people. I just think they lost themselves along the road to be successful adults. Instead of taking the time to enjoy the little things around them." Sean smirked a little. Seeing someone as tall as Spark talking about 'little things' was almost ironic. The baby pokemon dashed and hopped around his feet happily, clearly wanting food or to play. Carefully pulling himself back up onto Zapdos, Sean adjusted himself more comfortably.
Zapdos slowly turned around, flexing his wings as he got ready to take off. Spark quickly crossed the distance between them, putting a hand out which drew Zapdos's attention to him. Zapdos ate something off Spark's hand, while Spark asked Sean curiously. "Do you mind if I ask what you've found that you don't want to lose?" Sean bit his lip lightly. Grabbing the beck of his headdress, Sean told him shyly. "People I care about." Spark nodded in understanding. Patting Sean's leg, he wished him luck. Sean wished him the same, before screaming as Zapdos fell into a dive from the high tower. Clinging to Zapdos's neck, Sean shut his eyes and pleaded over the rushing wind. "Pull up! Pull up! Please?!" Zapdos's body began to spark as his fall seemed to charge him. Seam screamed sharply as the wind grew in strength, until Zapdos finally swooped up. Zapdos's talons touched the top of a large wind turbine, sending a powerful charge through it. Sean watched as the charge was absorbed before the power was dispersed to the streets around the area.
The sidewalks came to life like treadmills. The automated transport vehicles turned on at their charging stations. The fountains began pumping water to the parks, causing pokemon to rush over to play in the water and sprinklers. Trainers waved and thanked Zapdos as he soared over the streets that started to bustle with life as people began transporting eggs and pokemon food to different areas. Sean was jealous that Team Instinct lived in a place similar to an amusement park. There were so many things that looked like fun to do and try. Heading out toward a large park with a nice forest. Zapdos flew low between the treetops, revealing a stone path that had statures of Zapdos with braziers before them to light the way up the stone steps to the mountain. Sean swallowed trying not to think of how far he'd fall if he fell off. Zapdos flew straight into the open tunnel of the mountain and Sean gawked at the place. The mountain was carved into a spiral staircase that led up to a large glass dome ceiling. The large pillars were see-through to show off the static going off inside it. A few pokemon where touching the pillars and giggling as their fur stood up on end. Others touched the pillar, then chased their friends along the spiral staircase to zap them with the static charge.
The walls of the place were lined in cushioned nooks with different temperature gauges for each egg. Trainers here were checking on the power levels and talking to the eggs. It was like one giant nursery for pokemon eggs. At the very top, Zapdos slowed down to land on a metal branch that was positioned to look down to the floor far below. Sean tensed, asking Zapdos anxiously. "Um... Could you... find a place I can get off safely?" Zapdos sidestepped along the branch, until he was closer to the top floor. Whining, Sean practically leapt off to hit the soft grassy floor. He'd never been so happy to touch ground. Laying in the grass, Sean lifted his mask and inhaled deeply. The grass smelled sweet. Sitting up, he saw Zapdos's shrine by the stairs. At the base of the shrine were baskets of food. Staggering up to his feet, Sean made his way over to it. He couldn't stop himself from running his hand over the smooth statue of Zapdos. However, the mouth of the statue was closed. Groaning, he looked over the statue to see how he could open it back up. There had to be a trick to it. He knew the trick for Mystic's, but this one was different.
