Mark leaned back in his seat, waiting for Sean to pick his opponent. Sean cough until he pointed to his coffee and strained out. "Am I allowed to drink something else?" Mark shrugged it off, he didn't care. Nate chuckled, stating out dismissively. "Sure. Knock yourself out." Sean took his coffee mug, gulping the coffee down to fight the dryness of his throat. When Sean put the mug down, he looked over his line of shot glasses, before saying suspiciously. "Wait a minute... This won't work. Some types are missing. How do we-?" Mark pointed to the Eevee shot glass, telling him. "It's fine. You'll see. Just keep in mind that Eevee is a wild card. She can be used to attack and block anything. Usually people save her until they need her." Sean nodded, then exhaled before picking up Sylveon and pointing to Mark. Mark scanned his line up, before picking up Espeon. Sean opened his mouth to say something, but Mark told him flatly. "It's in the rules of this game. She can counter Psychic and Fairy. Otherwise, she'd be almost useless without her weaknesses in the game."
Sean looked to Nate, who nodded honestly. Pulling a napkin closer, Nate removed a pen from his jacket and told him with a smirk. "I'll write them out for ya... Otherwise, the more drunk you get the more you won't remember." Mark clinked glasses with Sean, chuckling out to Nate. "That's the whole point!" Bringing the shot to his lips, he drank back the shot at the same time as Sean. He liked Espeon's shot. Her shot tasted heavily of purple grape, but it was a pleasant flavor that masked the alcohol very well. He thought about showing Sean the eyeball that was in his mouth but went against it. He didn't want to scare him off. So, he just chewed the capsule and let the strong red grape taste ooze over his tongue. After Sean's shot, he turned the glass over and set it down, moaning out nicely. "Oh, god... That was so much better than that first one. I want more like that." Mark grinned, trying not to draw attention to the pink sugar glitter over Sean's lips and tongue, upon telling him truthfully. "It's the fire pokemon that do it. They really want you to feel the burn."
Mark looked over his line as he turned over her own shot glass and set it down. He didn't know how Nate would play this game. Nate said he was good though. So, he had to see if he could get him out first. Pointing to Nate, Mark picked up his Jolteon shot and winked at Nate. Nate let out a groan, coaxing Mark to smugly tell him. "Eat your heart out, baby." Sean looked between them confused, then down at Nate's written rules. Mark watched Nate debate whether he wanted to lose his Leafeon, Glaceon, or Jolteon. All were valuable because they could take out crucial ones later on. Nate scoffed, picking up Glaceon as he told him firmly. "Alright. I see how you want to play." They clinked glasses and tossed back the shots quickly. Slamming the turned over glasses down together, Nate parted his lips to let a visible cold breath escape his lips. Mark licked the yellow pop rocks off his lips slowly, watching that breathlessly. Nate made that look so damn sexy. His own tongue burned from the strong sour lemon taste, while the pop rock candies in his mouth continued to go off for a bit.
He was a big fan of Jolteon's shot with a pop rock rim. It really felt like sparks and sent shivers through most people. However, seeing Nate's response had distracted him a lot. Sean's eyes widened, asking him curiously. "What the hell was in that?!" Nate pointed to Sean, looking over his line as he answered. "It's an ice capsule. Adds to the intense peppermint flavor of her shot. You bite it and it turns your breath frosty." Sean looked down at his shots, mumbling out. "Is that what that was at the bottom of the glass? I bit it but nothing happened..." Nate blushed, locking eyes with Mark for a second. Mark couldn't suppress his smirk. Reaching out, he brushed his thumb over Sean's lower lip and showed him the sparkling sugar glitter. Sean covered his mouth in shock and Mark chuckled out. "Ya. Good luck getting that shit out of your teeth. You'll be spewing glitter for weeks." Nate picked up Umbreon's shot, snickering out to Mark. "You're one to talk. Have you seen your tongue? It's the fucking color of Espeon's fur!"
