Can't say I expected to wake up from a call in the afternoon. Maybe it was a good thing as I had been sleeping for fifteen hours at that point. However, I didn't see it as a good thing when I found out why I had gotten a call. Sapnap never calls my number unless he needs something. We only ever talk on Discord.

"You know I wouldn't ask this if it wasn't super important."

I sighed, "He doesn't have anywhere else he can go?"

"If he did, I wouldn't be asking you. This is literally like last last resort."

I groaned, "You owe me one."

"Yes! I know I know, I love you, you're the best!"

"Whatever. Send me his number."

Sapnap hung up the phone and I got a text with George's number seconds later. I can't believe I agreed to this after all that happened yesterday, but I have trouble saying no. I was going to use today to recharge and relax, but here I was, willingly inviting an idiot over to my flat. It's not my problem that he's having internet troubles, but of course, they were trying to film a manhunt. Not only was it George's issue at this point, but it was Ant's, Sapnap's, Bad's, Sam's, and Dream's as well. I wouldn't do that to them especially when I know that it takes a lot to get that group in the same place at the same time to film these things.

He sent back the eye roll emoji, so I turned on his read receipts just to leave him on read. Instead of spending half the day in my bed like I originally planned, I was rushing around trying to tidy up my home. Did I really care if George saw it messy? No. I was using cleaning to pass the time so I didn't pace and panic for the next hour.

I put on my cleaning playlist, Anthropocene by Samsa being the first song to come on. I started singing along to the songs as I washed the dishes and put them away. I didn't have many to clean, so I was done with that task relatively quickly. Then, I washed the countertops and swept. The living room wasn't even that messy since I spent most of my days in bed or at my desk. I just swept, pushed the couch cushions in, and neatened up the coffee table.

Everything was put in their respective places when I moved onto the bathroom. The only thing I was worried about was the toilet and the mirror, so I took extra time to clean those thoroughly.

My bedroom was the real mess though, and I only had twenty more minutes to clean that. You could barely see the floor with all the clothes that covered it. My shoes were everywhere from all the times I tied them on to leave my place, paced around my room, overthought actually leaving my safe space, then proceeded to take them off from the anxiety. The green screen that sits behind my chair was knocked over and on the floor. My nightstand had empty vitamin water and gatorade bottles, the drawers opened. My bed wasn't made; half of my pillows somehow ended up on the floor.
