3rd person  POV:

There was once a war against humans and demons allied with angels. The humans did their best to fend off the powerful beings, but utterly failed. The few surviving humans were always on the run. Many were skilled due to its importance in survival. A few clans offered sacrifices to the demons for peace and gave the angels servants. Many humans were miserable at the moment, most survivors in clans and a few loners.

Quackity was a loner he would sometimes trade with the clans and willing apocalyptic beings. He would constantly move, bringing a tent with him, a sword, crossbow, and trading goods. He would usually move from forests to rainforests depending on the seasons. He would constantly have interactions with many of the beings, many having a bloodlust. He, like many other loners, would have a stalking angel.

A stalking angel was the new world's way of saying a guardian angel. Though they would be renamed due to many of the guardian angels tracking their humans down for other angels to "cleanse". Some of these angels were loyal and would sacrifice themselves for their masters. When one died they would always be at risk and would be sensed as a death spirit by the angels and a lunch for demons. This often caused conflict between demons and angels.

Quackity had a murderous angel, a ginger to be exact. The murderous angel would not hesitate to have him murdered. Often contracting demons to swallow his soul. On a few occasions they almost succeeded until being struck by a knife in the back in which they later vanished. The angel would look at him being attacked and smugly grin at the sight waiting to be released from their master.

Quackity POV:

I wake up in a hurry feeling uncomfortable, probably the presence of a angel or demon. This feeling however felt different, urging him to stab his stalking angel while it was busy picking flowering weeds and moss. He fell back to sleep soon peacefully dreaming about his life before the Apocalypse War. He remembered his friend Karl in which he had been desperately searching for months. He remembered their cheerful smile and giggle. Did they even survive?

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHH

I heard the scream of the stalking angel. I wake up and open the tent to see a charcoal demon, removing the silver knives from the angel's skull, back and stomach. The demon put his lips close to the angel's forehead and gave a soft kiss before staring to sever the angel's arm. He put the knife in the stomach and started cutting up and threw the body down so that the guts and red blood spilled. The demon cut the angel's wings and started plucking the feathers. One by one plucked away. The demon smiles as the tears start to fall down from its eyes.

I watched in horror, my heart beating faster, my breath quickened and I felt a sharp pang against my back. Is this the secret war of demons and angels? The demon smiles and its long ear twitches a bit before turning to me. It drops the angel's corpse, puts away the feathers in a pocket and proceeds to walk towards me. I freeze, unable to even breathe as it walks closer and closer.

It touches my face and smiles a bit. His touch burns against my skin. He takes away his hand from my face and starts to put on some gloves. Does touching me hurt him too? He grabs a knife and cuts himself a bit, nothing bleeds though, instead it weaves back together. He cuts my hand a bit, I am still unable to move, instead of seeing blood I see a black substance weave it back. He smiles softly and I feel myself hit the ground.

….

I wake up to see a small charcoal and tawny rabbit rubbing it's paws against my arm.  I feel myself drift back into reality. I look at the rabbit, pick it up and pet it. It melts under my touch and sleeps. It takes me a while to remember the demon and the angel. Once I do remember I look around but see neither I look at the rabbit which has a pure white eye and a green eye. Maybe it is partially blind. I look and see it is sunset, was I knocked out that long? I decided to eat a few wild berries and go back to sleep, because why not.

….

I see something coming closer to me, a pure black figure carrying something in its hands. He comes closer until I am able to make out a charcoal demon with white eyes and a small brown rabbit with green eyes. The two come closer and closer until we are only a few feet away from each other. The demon smiles softly and the rabbit shakes a bit as the demon starts petting it. The demon puts the rabbit down and comes closer to me. I pick it up and look at the demon.

"Kill it."

My eyes widen, kill the rabbit? Does it want food?

"Why?"

"Kill it, you want to find Karl right?"

I feel a chill run down my spine when he mentions Karl. I tilt my head slightly in confusion.

"If you kill it I will help you find him, but it will come at a small cost."

"What cost?"

"That I won't tell."

I look down at the black empty floor and back up at the demon. Is it really worth it? Is Karl worth this? Karl is worth everything.

"Alright, but how will you help me?"

"I will give you my company."

"Won't people, angels, and demons become suspicious of it?"

"I will be hidden, don't worry. Now kill it or I will leave."

A knife appears in my hand similar to the silver ones the demon had. I look at the shining reflection and start to slit the rabbit's throat. The rabbit quivers until it's body goes limp. I look up to see the demon has left. I am left with nothing but my thoughts and the consciousness of my action.

 Alright.

…

I wake up to a small completely charcoal rabbit with white pupils nuzzling against me. It carries a few berries in its mouth. I mouth the words thank you but I find myself unable to speak. The rabbit stays still only slightly twitching its nose as if saying you're welcome. I hear a small voice similar to the demon's say I think we are going to be great buddies.

There is going to be part two with shipping if someone wants it. But if it is not wanted/ suggested I will just leave it like this :b
