DARLING LET ME TELL YOU A SECRET,

IN MY HEART, WE'RE ALWAYS KISSING.

You closed your eyes, recited a small prayer to Jesus, throwing the trunk open as quietly and quickly as you could and braced yourself for the impact as you jumped.

The fall was worse than you had imagined. You rolled your body up and covered your head with your hands to cushion the blow. The car sped forward and you were shocked how your kidnappers were unknown to your escaping, the trunk had silently clicked back into place. 'Shouldn't be listening to loud music when you're trying to kidnap someone', you thought as you dragged yourself to the footpath to catch your breath.

You weren't aware where you were but you couldn't have gotten far from the school. Your priority was to navigate back to the building and hope Jack was already on his way to you.

You were thirsty, tired and very dizzy, probably from the claustrophobia and heavy exercise. You wanted a drink so bad but you didn't have any money on you and neither could risk a random stranger for some, the kidnapping naturally made you paranoid about getting help from a stranger.

People were already staring at you, Why shouldn't they? You had just fallen out of the trunk of car, huffing and puffing. You saw someone whispering about calling the police but you quickly got up.

"Nothing to worry about here! Me and my friends are playing a game, this is all safe and consensual.", you said out loud with a convincing smile. You knew how to make people believe whatever you said and sure enough the crowd was dispersing, going back to their everyday tasks, forgetting all about you.

You forced your brain into focusing to the situation at hand. You couldn't wait around for Jack to come back and help, it wouldn't be long before your kidnappers figured out what had happened.

As much as your body opposed your brain, you knew the safest option was to somehow make your back to the school where you could be protected and tended to. You broke into a light jog, every part of your body aching with every step but you couldn't afford to stop because you were afraid you wouldn't get up once you stopped. Dehydration was making you dizzy. You knew you had to do something before you fainted on the road, that would be the worst thing that could happen. Well a lot worse could actually happen but you weren't one to demotivate yourself and overthink into fear.

Luck was on your side... at least whatever luck one could have when they were kidnapped. You spotted a big park with fountains all over the place. It wasn't probably the healthiest option, but your brain was too dehydrated to think of the health issues that one could get drinking fountain water.

You ran over to the fountain with whatever energy you had, thankfully spotting an actual drinking water fountain on your way, praising the lord you rehydrated yourself and sat down for a quick rest to make sure all the physical exercise didn't bring the water back up.

You collected your thoughts as you sat down. You remembered this neighborhood from somewhere which was obviously a good thing, you were surprised how close you were to the school. Feeling positive for the first time in the entire day, you got tried to get up, only to fall down again on the bench as your legs let your weight down.

'No no not right now, I'm too exposed in this area.', you thought as your eyes widened and you started panicking.

You tried getting up with the support of the bench but I guess luck was not on your side after all... You tried not to scream in frustration as you fell and your legs completely gave out.
