CHAPTER - 32

WHEN I'M WITH YOU

You stared at the small piece of paper in shock, stopping yourself from bursting into uwus at the cuteness of the boys as you reminded yourself your real mission behind this friendship. You cleared your throat, disguising a smile and wrote a single word before passing it back to the patiently waiting boys.

The class went on with the boys passing subtle smiles and winks in your direction and you knew that you had to learn to ignore them. As soon as class ended, you decided to pack your things and head out first but the boy sitting next to you had different plans. You were about to walk away when you felt a hand on your wrist, you looked up at the owner of the hand who was giving you a boxy grin and audibly sighed.

"You really are something Kim Taehyung.", You said as you tried to ask him to not disturb you in class and let you focus.

"Hey, we're friends now and I want all your attention", Tae said as he shyly retracted his hand. You were well aware of the fact that your cheeks were extremely red but you tried to act like his sweetness did not affect you in the slightest. You both stared at each other till he gave you a small sad smile and said, "I'm really sorry you know, I didn't mean to be so rude. It was just-"

"It's perfectly fine Tae"

"Did you just call me-"

"Can I call you that?", You asked before he could complete his sentence, "Can I call you Tae?". He gave you a reassuring look before replying, "Ofcourse you idiot, we're friends now!!"

"Come on love birds, let's get a move!! We still have school.", RM said and you noticed that all of boys and Jihyun were staring at you, listening in to your conversation.

"It's rude to eavesdrop you know.", Tae said as he slung an arm around your shoulder and pouted in a joking manner. The colour in your cheeks deepened as you tried to nudge him off of you but the boy wouldn't budge.

"Come on you guys we're already late!", Jihyun said, smirking slightly at the look on your face, dragging your arm to pull you to class.

You spent most of your first half of school with BTS, laughing and joking and tuning out teachers. They couldn't point it out either cause welp, you own the freaking school. Your face had a smile, spirits lifted and body language relaxed as you made your way towards the rooftop for lunch. Being the first one there, you decided to wait for the others and smoke a joint as you were still kinda awkward with the way you held it. Pulling out the sweet candy flavored cigar from your bagpack, you brought it up to your lips and took a long drag. 

You pulled out your phone from your pocket and were just scrolling through Instagram when the door to the rooftop burst open and 8 wild people entered. Panicking, you tried to spit out the cigar and throw it into your bag but weren't quick enough as you caught Jin's eye right before it made it's way into one of the pockets.

"You know, you can't live on that crap.", he said as he took a seat right next to you. "I made lunch for you too."

"I appreciate it Jin, but I can't eat it. I'm on a diet.", you said, embarrased, as you scooted to make room for everyone. 

"I won't stop her hyung... She definitely needs that weight loss!", Tae said before sreaming and running away as a wild Elena followed him with her sandal in her hand. "YAH! ELENA CLAIRE! I WAS JOKING, YOU DON'T NEED WEIGHT LOSS", Tae tried to cover up as you started slapping him on the neck.

"IT'S ELENA NOONA FOR YOU.", You huffed before wearing your sandal and walking back to the group who was dying with laughter. "Yeah yeah, I'm NEVER calling you noona"

"I'll call you noona!", Kook exclaimed as he bobbed his hand up and down.

"Thank you Kooks", you said as you smiled at the adorable boy.

The day went on at the speed of light and you didn't even realise when the bell rang and you were outside the school's main gate waiting for Jack to change back into his normal clothes and pick you up in the van.

"NOOOOONNNNNAAAAA!!!!!"

You heard someone scream in your ear. You shrieked and jumped back, bumping into the person at your back and accidentally poking them in the eye. "Ow, Noonnaaaa", Jungkook whined as he rubbed his eye, you apologised as you tried to take a look at his eye.

"Geez Kook, stop overreacting, she didn't hit you all that hard.", Tae said as he rolled his eyes and pulled you away from Jungkook. You pouted and mouthed a small sorry to Jungkook who replied with the appearance of his tongue. You laughed and shook your head at the childish behaviour of the two.

"Why were you calling me Kook?"

"We were thinking we could all go out together, watch a movie and just chill you know?"

"That's actually a really good idea!! Lemme call my manager and-", you stopped short, realising your mistake, you looked up to see BTS and Jihyun looking at you questioningly.

"I mean call my cousin and let him know", You corrected yourself, fishing your phone out of your pocket to text Jack.

"Great then, You're riding with me.", Tae said as he grabbed your wrist and dragged you to his car. You both sat inside as you texted Jack and almost screamed at the burst of speed and the loud music that suddenly came over.

This was gonna be a long ride....
