"Can't we just skip. I really don't think this is a good ideaaaa," I drawl. Jordyn presses the button on the elevator to the top floor. Penthouse, no surprise there.

"We're already here. Should've decided not to earlier. Let's just get this over with, you should be excited to see..." she pauses. "Tag."

I stare at her annoyed. "Well I don't know what to expect from the others. Hey at least I called you why you were stuck in that lune bin," she says. I laugh shaking my head. The only calls I ever got were from her, Wren and Drake. Not often considering they were busy with school, work and everything.

"Whatever. Can't believe you brought a gift," I scoff. I look down at the cookies and bottle of wine in her hand. She baked cookies for them.

"Never go anywhere empty handed," she sighs happily while exiting the elevator. We walk down the hallway and straight to his penthouse. "Open the door. My hands are full."

I stare at Jordyn, the door, to Jordyn, the door and back at Jordyn again. "I rather not," I mutter. She nudges me with her elbow. "No. I'm not. Let's just go back." She shakes her head and kicks my leg. "Ow!"

Suddenly the door flies open and Heath stands in the doorway. "You guys going to stand there all day orrr?"

"We brought cookies and wine!" Jordyn exclaims.

"I didn't. She did," I mutter. "I wouldn't bring you anything even if I wanted to," I flash Heath a sarcastic smile.

"Thanks for inviting us Heath," Jordyn walks past him. She looks back, shooting me a stern look. I roll my eyes.

I take a step but Heath blocks my way with his arm against the doorframe. "Can we not do this? Just stop," he pleads in a soft voice.

I shrug, not bothering to reply verbally. He sighs loudly. "Ready to see them?" He asks.

"Oh yeah I'm ready to see people who I haven't seen in over a year and a half because they hate me," I grumble.

"They don't hate you," he whispers. "I don't hate you," he adds.

"We'll see," I take another step forward and look up at him. He removes his arm letting me walk in. I've never been here before. It's surprisingly nice.

A lot of black interior. And I mean like everything. Marble black counters, black walls, gold trims around the bookshelves is about the most colour you'll get. Some white to brighten up the huge open space.

I walk straight into the living room. "WIFEY!" Maya jumps off the couch and sprints to me, she tackles me with a huge hug.

I'm taken aback. This is not how I thought it'd go. "Oh I missed you so much. We have so much to catch up on, we're going to have so much fun tonight!" She squeezes the living air out of me.

"Maya you're hurting the poor girl. Loosen your grip," I hear a familiar voice. But it's deeper. Maya pulls back and I'm faced with her and Levi.

Except he's blond now. "Hey Prystyne," he pulls me into a hug. "We all missed you." Everyone keeps telling me that yet they didn't try to see me once.

"Lee! You're blond now," I point out. He pulls away running a hand through his hair.

"Yeah bleached it a while ago," he says.

"It looks good. I w-" I stop talking when I realize who else is in the room.

Taylor.

"Prys?" Levi calls out.
