The only good thing about getting heat was that Haechan gets to spend some time with Renjun again. Be able to go back as Haechan again. Be able to see Renjun again.

He missed the Chinese Omega that he almost played his dirty trick on Hendery, just to see Renjun at the cafe. Luckily Hendery was smart enough to tell Donghyuck and because of that, the Omega got a one-hour scolding from Donghyuck. Can't blame him though, he and Renjun were almost inseparable before the switching and Haechan admitted, he missed Renjun most of the time.

How he wished he could tell Renjun about the switching things. When he returned, he immediately engulfed Renjun into a bear hug, almost choking the Chinese Omega. Renjun had to use all his strength just so that he escaped from his best friend.

It was good to be back after all.

"so, what's going on?" Renjun asked Haechan when the latter joined him in the living room.

The two of them were going to spend their heat at the house for about 5 days. Not a big deal actually as both of them already took the suppressants, though they might get horny at a certain time. That was why they needed a mate during the heat. Now, talking about mates...

"just suffering..." Haechan joked.

He had a heating pad on his stomach and a bowl of ice cream in his hands.

"...good. Seems like everything is going normal again..." Renjun simply said, earning a glare from Haechan. the Chinese Omega could never live a day without bickering with Haechan.

"YAH! What do you mean by that?"

Renjun didn't reply, he just shrugged, lightly chuckled.

"Renjun?"

Renjun hummed, casting a glare so harsh on the tv that hardly make out images.

"do you think we can have a mate?"

There he goes again, thinking about random things again. Haechan and so-called mind.

"should we try the blind date?" Renjun raised his eyebrow at Haechan.

"...what if he's weird? a psychopath maybe?"

Then, he started changing channels but didn't find anything, so he ended up where it started.

Silently, Renjun cursed Donghyuck, the Alpha was the reason why the TV suddenly became like that.
