Chapter 10

Taurus POV

"Oh!" I said, grabbing a trash can for Virgo to throw up in. "Are you ok?" He gave me a 'what do you think?' look and proceeded to vomit his guts out. I stood there akwardly  no really knowing what to do. I shoved a cupcake into my mouth and ate about ten more. Food just sorta appears for me and it just goes into me somewhere. Honestly I don't even know where all of it goes.

"Let's not tell the others, ok?" Virgo mumbled.

"They already know," I replied. "You're human friends found you and then I was walking by while they were screaming their faces off. So I helped? you out. I mean kinda sorta helped?" I shrugged, the whole comforting, recountering deal wasn't really my thing.

"Thanks I think," Virgo said. I nodded and continued to eat. Oh my god the silence is so akward... I thought.

"Taurus, we're needed," Gem said, entering the room. 

"Oh thank god!" I said, the words slipping out of my mouth. "I mean, I gotta go but hope you feel better Virgo." With that said I rushed Gem out the door. 

"You seemed oddly quick to get out of there," Gem said. I shurgged, I didn't really owe Gem an explanation so I honestly couldn't care less.

"So why are we needed," I asked.

"I don't know," Gem said. "Probably won't be for anything good though." I sighed. I know that he's right but for once I'd like to be called for something positive.

"I hope he doesn't kill us," I muttered. 

"Same," Gem said. We entered the throne roo and saw another man sitting beside Satan. 

"Holy sh-" I said before Gem slapped his hand over my mouth. An angry Aries, an unhappy Leo, a blank Scorpio, an annoyed Aquarius and an unbothered Ophiuchus stood beside the two men.

"Take a seat," Satan said to the seven of us. We sat down and stared up expectintly. "This is my brother Lucifer." Is this a joke? I wondered. Lucifer, the Lucifer, was here. No, no, no. That kinda messes up our plans... I glanced at my comerades, equally troubled expressions on their faces. 

"What is he doing here then?" Aquarius asked. I mentally covered my eyes, she does have guts. But there's a fine line between brave and stupidity. 

"DID I SAY YOU COULD SPEAK!?!" Satan roared.  Aquarius flinched and lowered her head, containing her anger well.

"It's fine brother," Lucifer said. "Honestly you're so hung up on these kind of things. I'm here because my brother requires my assistence for a certain... project." I could visibly see the gears turning inside of my fellow sin's heads.

"You can go now," Satan said, glaring down harshly at Aquarius. "I just wanted you to know this so you don't interupt anything important. You can leave." We filed out of the room.

"Well this complicates things quite a bit," Gem said.

"Gee, thanks for that captain obvious," Aries snorted. 

"So what are you planning to do exactly?" Scorpio asked.

"Hmmm," Ophiuchus hummed. "Maybe we could convince Lucifer that overthrowing Satan is a good idea? He seems like he'd be a better ruler than Satan."

"I still want to rule though," Gem said. The rest of us nodded in agreement.

"How about we go along with Ophi's plan but than use the humans to help us kill Lucifer," Aquarius said. "He's weaker meaning he'll be easier to kill, and if Satan's already dead than that'll be one demon off our hands." Ophiuchus smiled at Aquarius.

"You are so smart!" he said. 

"Duh, of course I am," Aquarius said, flipping her ponytail. "Now we need to figure out how to get Lucifer to kill Satan." 

"Well, Satan's temper is like Aries's but worse," Scorpio said. "And Lucifer is somehow more prideful than Leo, honestly I don't know how."

"Better shut you mouth Scorpio," Leo growled. "Just use their pride and anger against each other. Since the consumed the essence of their other siblings that also makes it much more easier to turn them against each other."

"You said something intelligent for once," Scorpio said. "Respect." Leo glared at Scorpio, obviously tempted to commit murder. 

"We should also probably find out what this project is," I stated, chewing my food slowly. "So let's send Scorpio in with Aquarius. They're the stealthiest."

"Think about what you just said Taurus," Aries said. "Think about it real hard." Oh yeah, they hate each other. 

"Whoops, my bad," I mumbled. "Sorry, forgot they hated each other. I don't trust Scorpio to get the job done by himself, so who else?"

"Hmmm, maybe one of the humans?" Leo suggested.

"No you idiots," Aries snapped. "Just send Gem." Ohhhhh, that's a good idea.

"Fine," Scorpio said. "I don't mind working with Gem."

"Thanks?" Gem said, obviously not sure how to take it.

"Just take it as a compliment," I said. "So, what about the humans?"

"Who wants to deal with them?" Leo asked.
"All of us I guess can deal with them," Aries said, massaging his temples.

"Yay," I said half heartedly. "But first we have to find them and god knows how long that'll take."

"Don't you love the fact that we're the seven deadly sins and we're using God's name?" Ophiuchus asked laughing slightly. I squinted at him, obviously we all needed help.

"Moving on," Aries said. "Let's go track them down." I walked to the kitchen, mainly to get a snack, but also to look. Yeah, 100% looking for them. 

Giggling coulld be heard from the kitchen. Well aren't I lucky? I walked into the kitchen to find Pisces and Libra laughing while an exhausted Cancer was asleep at the table. Cancer lifted her head as I walked in, nodding at me.

"So uh, why does Cancer look like she just ran through a hurricane?" I asked. 

"Oh, well we were baking a cake," Pisces said. 

"OH I love cake!" I said. 

"There's some in the fridge," Libra said. 

"Continue," I said, devouring the whole cake. 

"A-a-anyways," Pisces said, looking at me with large eyes. "We made a mess, flour fights are fun. Nearly burnt they kitchen down and other stuff. Cancer cleaned up after us and basically made the cake, so she's not gonna be happy that you it all. Uhh, she was also "babysititng" us for the last hour. So yeah, she's exhausted. What about you Taurus?"

"Well, there's been some changes," I said.

"Well what is that supposed to mean?" Pisces demanded. Libra hushed Pisces.

"Just come with me," I said. "Oh and bring Cancer too."

"BUt she's heavy," Pisces sighed.

"I heard that," Cancer snapped.
