"August whats wrong,Nicki's voice said."

"They want you and Mama ,"I said wiping my tears.

"The hell you mean they want me and Mama."

"They cant have yall ,I wont let it happen!"

Nicki bit the corner of her lip ,as she shook a little .

"Dont worry ,I wont let anything happen to yall I promise,"I said looking at her for a moment then back at the road.

I stopped in front of my Mama's house leaving the car running.

I banged on the door so hard and fast that I knew these nosy ass neighbors were gonna call the cops.

"Mama,Mama,"I kept saying banging harder.

She finally opened the door,as I almost hit her in the face.

"Oh God August,"she said holding her face.

"Ma we gotta go like...right now!"

She shook her head .

"Child I'm not leaving my house,"she said wiping her hands on her apron.

I pushed past her as I went into my room grabbing three big shoe boxes .

"Mama come on they'll be here to get cho ass next."

She sighed as she went back in the house.

I put the shoe boxes on the back seat .

"Why do you have shoeboxes," Nicki asked as I got in the drivers seat?

"Its money from hustlin and performin along with some credit cards."

Mama came running out as she got in the back.

I put the car in drive as I sped off.

"Bless the Lord for having you three safe and sound, "Mama said.

"He truly is good huh Mama,"Nicki asked turning around in her seat a little.

"Yes he is."

"Any word on Michael ?"Nicki asked .

"He's doing alright I went  to go visit him just last week til that thang yall call Keshia asked me to leave."

Nicki shook her head.

"Its her fault we're in this mess."

"Nicki did you find the tracker,"I asked.

She held it in her hand .

"This?"

"Yeah throw it out the window,"I demanded.

"But August ."

"Throw it out the damn window ,"I yelled as my Mama popped the back of my head.

"Apologize and say it nicer dammit ,"I raised your ass to treat females with respect.

"Behbey um Sorry,can you please throw it out the window."

She swung it out the window ,as I said shot like Cedric the Entertainer.

"So where do we go from here,"Nicki asked.

"Somewea different ,"I said smiling a bit.
