the sound of heavy breathing filled 127's dance studio, as they were finally finished with their practice. they had been dancing and practicing for hours, and they were all relieved that it was finally finished. the reason for them practicing so much was because they had a comeback soon, and they all wanted it to be as perfect as possible.
johnny, who was sat down leaning against the wall, saw how exhausted all the members were. despite him also being just as tired as them, he stood up and packed away all their stuff for them. as much as he wanted to sit down and wait until he had caught his breath, he knew that it would be easier for the others if he did this.
once he was finished, he saw that they weren't as tired and had finally gotten their breath back. johnny wished he was the same, but unfortunately he wasn't, so he tried to hide the fact that he was extremely tired. he let out quiet sigh and turned to face all of them.
"shall we get back to the dorm so we can rest?" he suggested and all of them nodded in agreement, wanting to get home as soon as possible.
the second eldest grabbed everything they had brought with them, and walked towards the door. he opened it and held it for the other members to walk out. taeyong was last, but stopped before he walked out.
"i can help you with those, hyung. you don't have to carry them all yourself," the leader offered, wanting to help the older. johnny shook his head and smiled softly.
"it's fine, don't worry. let's go," he said as he motioned with his head for taeyong to walk out. the younger sighed and did as he was told, walking out of the dance studio. johnny went out after him and shut the door with his foot.

"so, who's going to take a shower first?" jaehyun asked as be sat on the couch, stretching. the others turned to him once he asked the question, all sharing glances. "johnny hyung, do you want to go first?"
the older looked at him when he heard his name, as well as far question. he shook his head and smiled. "nah, it's fine. i'll go last, you guys can choose who goes when."
the members all looked at him with confusion. usually none of them refused when someone offered for them to take a shower first. they all, except for johnny, looked at each other as they were all wondering the same thing. they decided to just let it be, and quickly discussed who was going to take a shower first.
once they had chosen the order, donghyuck who was first, went to the bathroom. they all heard the shower start and in less than ten minutes, he was finished. next it was jungwoo, then mark, taeil, yuta, jaehyun, doyoung, taeyong, an obviously last was johnny.
once the eight members were finished, it was finally johnny's turn. by that time, it was already quite late, so he was very tired and just wanted to go to sleep. when he was finished with showering, he walked out of the bathroom and it was completely silent in the dorm.
he checked all the rooms, and saw that all of the members had fallen asleep. he walked back to the living room and sighed when he saw they jungwoo had fallen asleep on the couch, most likely by accident.
he went over to him and laid him down, before grabbing a blanket and placing if over him. johnny then went to his room, that he shared with donghyuck, and saw that the younger was deep asleep. he also covered him with his duvet, seeing that the other didn't have it on him.
he let out a sighed relief when he realised that he could finally rest. he turned off the light and got into his bed, closing his eyes. and in only a couple minutes, he was fast asleep, which wasn't really a surprise.

johnny woke up the next day, hoping to be refreshed and not exhausted, but unfortunately for him, he woke up just as tired as he was when he went to sleep. he sighed and sat up in his bed, seeing that donghyuck was still fast asleep. he got up and walked over to his bed.
"hyuck, wake up. we have stuff to do today," he said, gently shaking him. the younger slowly opened his eyes and groaned as he rubbed his eyes and sat up.
once the older saw that he was awake, he walked over to the closet and grabbed some clothes out of it. he then left the room and towards the bathroom. he made sure nobody else was in there before walking in and splashing water on his face to wake himself up more.
afterwards, he got changed before walking out and towards where the others were, except donghyuck. he went and sat down, and not long later, the youngest was also finished and joined them.
now that they were all there, taeyong told them that they could eat, and all of them immediately did. well, except for johnny. he didn't really have much of an appetite, for a reason he wasn't sure of. he just played around with his food with his fork, hoping nobody would notice.
when all, or nearly all, of them were finished, they got ready to go to practice. they grabbed all the stuff they needed before heading to the dance studio. and just like it had been ever since it was announced that they were having a comeback, they danced for hours until perfection.
it was quite late when they were finished, and immediately headed home. they took showers in the same order as the day before, despite the members telling johnny that he should go first.
once johnny was finished, his plan was to go straight to his room and relax and chill out, but that didn't really work out due to taeyong dragging him to the living room where all the others were. it confused him, but he did as he was told when the leader told him to sit down.
"right, hyung, what's wrong?" taeyong asked firmly, facing johnny. all the other members were looking at him in the same way.
"what do you mean?" johnny asked, he kind of knew what they were talking about, yet he tried to ignore it and pretended to act clueless. he didn't want to worry them.
"do you think we're stupid or something?" taeyong scoffed. "you've been acting so weird ever since we were told that we were having a comeback. and we're worried. and do you think we didn't notice when you literally didn't eat a thing this morning? please just tell us what's wrong!"
"there's nothing wrong," johnny told them, trying to deny it. despite knowing that there was no way to hide it, he still tried for whatever reason.
"johnny," taeil then started, causing the younger to look so him. "we're here for you, okay? please don't keep this stuff from us, we just want to help you."
johnny stared at all of them. the whole reason he didn't tell them about what was going on, was because he didn't want to worry them or burden them. but seeing how genuine they were being, and seeing how much they cared, he couldn't help but want to tell them. he saw how they wanted to help him.
he didn't even realise that tears started falling from his eyes, until yuta reached out and wiped them, but even then, the tears still continued.
"you don't have to act strong for us all the time, hyung. we're here for a reason, you know?" the leader said, placing a hand on the other's shoulder.
