I'd just managed to unpack reaedy for the next couple days ahead.

Fortunately i got here earlier than i thought, allowing me to have pretty much half a day to explore to school and mystic falls in all its glory.

My side of the room was pretty dull, just a couple posters of random girl bands i brought over to look semi-normal.

I was dreading meeting my new roommate after hearing all the stories on her, she didn't seem exactly 'nice' but i had to deal with it.

Her side of the room was clearly the opposite of mine, tonnes of vodka and beer bottles, Football trophies decorating her drawers, with the odd condom wrapper darted around. So she was a little bit of a party animal.

I wanted to limit the possibilities of seeing her today to be fair, so i decided to head straight out and check out my new home.

Just as i walk outside my room, i catch eyes with a familiar face, dressed in overalls.

"How are you settling in" Josie asks me.

"Alright i guess, a little bit scared to meet your sister not going to lie but its okay" I joke.

"Want to grab something to eat?" Josie offers.

"I'd love to" I reply as we both simultaniously head down the hall towards the exit, something about Josie was so enticing already.

We made small talk as we hit the diner, about random painters and artists we enjoyed.

"The mystic grill, how enticing" I say sarcastically.

"Don't bash it before you try it Hope" Josie giggles as she holds the door, letting me pass through.

"Table for two please Donovan" Josie asks the waiter, who was dashed with blonde hair and prominant blue eyes.

"Thats matt donovan, our families go way back, he's like another uncle to me" Josie explains.

"Oh sweet, all my family is back in New Orleans, unfortunately" I add, Now being asked by the server our order.

"Whats your last name, my dad knows alot of people from New Orleans, I think thats where the notorious Klaus Mikaelson is from" The brunette asks.

I gulp knowing she'd heard of him, of course she'd heard of my father who hasn't, The server now arrived with two portions of fries.

"Oh yeah, to be honest Klaus isn't as bad as you might think, he just wants to protect his family, But i'm from the Marshall Bloodline" I lie through my teeth, while trying to hide the fact of lying by eating a fry.

"My dad disappeared when i was younger and all was left was my mom and i... Hayley" I add to the lie.

"Thats so cool, yeah my dad hates the Mikaelsons, its weird because i used to crush on Rebekah so bad when i was younger" Josie laughs.

Josie's not straight? I mean of course she wasn't... she had fashion sense.

"You had a crush on Rebekah? Oh i was the opposite, there was a witch called Davina Claire who i think married Kol but yeah, my first Text book crush i think" I laugh back.

To be honest i didn't know my sexuality now, i think i liked girls? but i'd never done anything to prove it to myself.

"You like girls?" Josie squeals in excitement.

"To be honest i don't even know at this point?" I reply back, truthfully i hated labels but i always knew i liked boys

"Yeah, i like everyone... honestly more towards girls but aslong as i have a strong connection i don't mind" Josie giggles.
