Season 3 Episode 12 - Took Advantage

PREVIOUSLY:
Gemma lured Kozik to Charming and confronted him.
Kozik came to Roxy for answers.
Juice made ammends with Roxy.
Clay was determined for answers.

Roxy walks into her office to see Kozik sitting on the desk and she closes the door. Roxy says "Koze, this is a surprise what brings you to Charming?" Kozik says "Gemma called me, asking about Clay's present. I turn up and I got Gemma on my back about our past, about that night we slept together? Why did she find out? Why has it all came out now?" Roxy looks down to the floor and Kozik continues "Y'see I've been doing a lotta thinking, she mentioned Nathan...is he mine? The time adds up, and that must be half the reason Tig hates me. So I'm gonna ask ya again Rox, is Nathan my son?" Roxy looks to Kozik and she says "He is, he's your Son" and Kozik shouts "You should've told me! I had a right to know!" Roxy says "It was Tig's idea, and besides if I told you that would mean the club would know and My Dad and Jax would have killed you especially when I found out I was pregnant" and Kozik says "I would have dealt with them! Nathan is my Son and I want to get to know him" and Kozik storms out of the office and Roxy mutters "Shit!".

The next day Gemma is in the T-M office filling out paperwork talking to Jax as Jax is smoking a cigarette. When Roxy storms into the office and slams the door shut and glares to Gemma and asks "Give me a minute Jax". Jax looks between his Mother and Sister and nods and says "Alright" and he walks out of the office and closes the door behind him. Gemma concernly looks to Roxy and asks "Babygirl what's going on?" Roxy shakes her head and says "You're really gonna dumb? Kozik came to me last night asking questions. Apparently you brought him to Charming and told him about Nathan being his Son" and Gemma looks down and she says "Rox look" and Roxy says "No! Kozik wants to be a part of Nathan's life now thanks to you!" Gemma says "You were only 16! And he took advantage!" Roxy shouts "No! You're wrong because I came onto him!" Gemma looks taken back and says "What?!" Roxy replies "Yeah, you're precious little girl is a slut!" and Roxy shakes her head and storms out of the office and Gemma looks concerned.

Roxy walks into the clubhouse to see Chibs and Juice helping Cammy Hayes stand up properly and helping him walk. Juice notices his old lady and walks away from Chibs and Cammy and approaches her and kisses her lips. Juice asks "You alright? I seen Kozik" Roxy looks around the empty clubhouse and pulls Juice to the side and says quietly "Kozik knows about Nathan, the truth about Nathan and he wants to be a part of his life" and Juice's face drops and he asks "What? How does he know? Did you tell him?" Roxy says "What? No of course not, My Mom told Kozik. I'm so pissed at her" and Juice says "I get that you're mad at her but she done it cause she loves you, she was just looking out for ya" and Roxy shakes her head and says "Yeah but still, now I gotta tell My Dad and Jax and the club the truth" and Juice looks at Roxy as Roxy glances to Cammy who's limping with his patched up leg. Roxy folds her arms across her chest and asks "What happens with him? With Micheal dead, Cammy wants you to take Brennan Hefner out?" Juice glances back to Cammy and Chibs and says "Jax and Bobby and Opie are gonna take care of it" and Roxy nods as she distantly looks on. Juice kisses Roxy's forehead and says "Don't worry, I'm gonna take care of the Kozik problem. Just keep doing what you're doing Babe" and Roxy nods.

Outside T-M Clay walks towards Opie and asks "You sure you're ready for this Ope?" Opie nods and says "Yeah Clay, I need this. I'm all in and besides I need the money" and Clay nods and glances to Bobby and Jax who are sitting in the black van and says "Alright, don't fuck it up. I want Hefner dead" and Opie nods and says "You got it" and Opie walks towards the black van and Clay worryingly looks on.

In the clubhouse Clay is in the Chapel with Tig and Chibs and Juice is sitting with the laptop. When Kozik walks into the Clubhouse and calls out "Clay?!". Juice's eyes widen and he stands up abruptly and rushes to Kozik and grabs Kozik's arm and shakes his head "Don't even think about it man" Kozik says "Keep outta this Juice, this has nothing to do with you" Juice says "Roxy is my old lady. We need to talk...you can't tell Clay" and Kozik nods and says "I'll keep quiet but not for long. Nathan is my kid and I will get to know him Juice, you and Gemma and Roxy can't keep me from him". Clay steps out of the Chapel and looks between Kozik and Juice and asks "Whats going on?" Kozik looks to Clay and says "I was just wanting to talk to you about my transfer" and Clay nods and Juice asks surprised "Transfer?"

Jax grows suspicious.
Bobby gets arrested as the clubhouse gets raided.
Gemma tries to make ammends with Roxy.
Juice does his best to protect his old lady
