Season 3 Episode 13 - The Murder

PREVIOUSLY:
Kozik discovered the truth about his Son.
Juice told Kozik to back down.
Kozik put in for a transfer.
Roxy lashed out at Gemma for confronting Kozik.

The next day everybody is at The Clubhouse Roxy, Juice and Clay and Gemma and Jax and Bobby and Chibs and Tig are all scattered around the clubhouse. Juice approaches Tig and says "Hey can we talk?" Tig nods as Juice and Tig walk to one side of the room. Tig asks "Whats going on Juicy?" Juice glances back to everyone and says "I didn't tell Roxy but Kozik's transferring to this Charter" and Tig looks down and sighs and Juice continues "Kozik knows the truth about Nathan, and he wants to get to know him. Roxy's panicking, I promised I would handle Kozik." Tig glances to Roxy who is cradling Emily as Jax is holding Colson and Tig says "Don't worry, Kozik won't be a part of the Charming Charter...I won't let it" and Juice says "Thanks man" and Tig simply nods at Juice. When Chibs looks to the CCTV footage and sees Federal Agents standing outside the clubhouse and he says "Clay! Cops!" Clay says "Bring the kids to the dorm room!" Roxy and Jax rush towards the dormitory room as Federal Agents barge into the clubhouse and a male agent shouts "EVERYONE DOWN ON THE FLOOR!" Clay and Gemma and Chibs and Juice and Tig get down on their knees and lay down on their stomachs. Jax and Roxy walk into the room and a male agent grabs Roxy and Jax and throws them down on the floor and Juice shouts "Hey!" and a woman Federal agent presses her foot onto Juice's back and says "Stay quiet!". A man grabs Bobby and puts on handcuffs on Bobby and says "Robert Munson, you're under arrest for the murder of Brennan Hefner" and Everybody looks to each other in shock as Bobby gets dragged away out of the clubhouse. Clay shouts out "Don't worry Bobby! I'll get Lowen!" as The Federal Agents all walk out of the clubhouse.

Everybody looks to each other and Clay looks around and asks "Where's Opie?" Roxy looks to Jax and she asks "Do ya know where he is?" Jax says "He's probably home right now with Donna and the kids, not knowing about any of this". Tig interjects "It doesn't look good" and Jax looks to Tig and he asks "What does that mean?" Tig tilts his head to the side and says "Look all I'm saying is we all know what Opie's role was in the whole Brennan Hefner fiasco and now he's nowhere to be seen? It's a bit weird is all" and Roxy says "Opie wouldn't rat" and Jax looks to Roxy and nods and says "Yeah Ope would rather cut out his own heart than rat" and Roxy nods and Gemma says "Maybe he's up at the cabin with Piney" and Jax nods and says "I'll have a look for him".

Roxy is sitting at the clubhouse bar drinking a cup of coffee when Gemma suddenly appears beside her and sits on the stool beside her. Roxy glances to her Mother and continues to drink her hot beverage. Gemma asks "Hows the kids?" Roxy looks to Gemma and replies "Fine, they're alright" Gemma nods and says "Its just that whenever you and your Brothers were little and the clubhouse got raided you all were upset, its very traumatic for kids" and Roxy looks ahead and Gemma says "I remember the time your Dad was taken away into prison and you were only little, you were heartbroken" and Roxy looks to Gemma and says "What is this? Why are we talking about the past?" Gemma nods and says "I'm sorry, for a lot of things. I've always tried to be a good Mother and it's my job to look out of for you and Jax, you both are my world. I'm sorry for what I done with Kozik, I was just tryna look out for you" and Gemma kisses Roxy's cheek and Gemma stands up from the stool. Roxy deeply sighs and says "Colson need a feeding" and Gemma looks to Roxy and smiles at her and says "It'll be my pleasure" and Gemma walks off to get Colson.

Later that day Clay and Chibs and Roxy and Tig are in the clubhouse when Jax returns to the clubhouse and Roxy stands up and asks "Did you find him?" Jax shakes his head and says "I spoke to Linda, his neighbour though. She said that Opie, Donna and the kids left the house early in the morning and got in big black sedans" and Clay asks "Cuffs?" Jax shakes his head and says "No handcuffs" and Clay and Jax and Tig look to each other and Roxy says "That doesn't mean anything" Tig asks "Well how do you explain it then Rox?". Everybody looks to Roxy and Roxy says "They could have brought him in for questioning" and Chibs asks "His family too?" Roxy looks sadly to Jax.

Later that day Clay and Tig are sitting outside on the bench outside of the clubhouse when Juice approaches them with a piece of paper. Clay nods at Juice "Where's Roxy and the kids?" Juice replies "Gemma and Roxy took them to Jax's" and Clay nods and Tig points to the paper and asks "Whats that?" Juice says "I hacked into Opie's accounts and all his debts have been paid and there was a shit ton of debts" and Tig says "You don't tell anyone this, not even Roxy..you got it? Now Go" and Juice nods and walks back into the clubhouse. Tig looks to Clay and says "Looks like Opie has turned rat" Clay deeply sighs.

This is the end of Season 3. But I will be writing Season 4 of my Sons of Anarchy fanfiction. Has Opie ratted on the club. Will Kozik and Roxy come to a deal? Roxy tells Jax the truth.
