Season 3 Episode 4 - Protection

PREVIOUSLY:
Half Sack looked after Roxy and her children much to Juice's dismay.
Gemma worried about Mason and Clay made a promise.

Juice paces up and down in the dorm room of Jury's clubhouse and he throws his cellphone at the wall when Bobby walks in and asks "Juice? Whats going on?" Juice shakes his head and says "Its nothing Bobby!" Bobby closes the door once he walks into the room and says "Yeah, it looks that way. Whats on your mind? Is it the patchover?" Juice shakes his head and says "No, its got nothing to do with the club" Bobby asks "Then what then? Roxy?" Juice looks to Bobby and Bobby asks "Whats going on?". Juice says "Why was Half Sack at my house?" Bobby replies "Well since we all are up here, Clay put Sack to shadow Roxy, why whats the problem?" Juice says angrily "Half Sack has a crush on her!" Bobby scoffs in disbelief and says "and what? You think Roxy would cheat on you with Sack?" Juice sits down on the bed and deeply sighs "Well Half Sack and Roxy are close, they went to school together" and Bobby bows his head down and says "Juice listen to yourself....No matter how close of a bond they have Roxy and Sack will never happen, you wanna know why? Cause Roxy is loyal, Roxy is like a Daughter to me and to alot of the guys we share a patch with I know her pretty well...I watched the girl grow up she's too loyal, you're her old man nobody else now get a grip" and Juice nods and softly chuckles and says "I'm being a dick ain't I?" Bobby nods and says "Just a bit" and they both laugh.

Roxy runs downstairs as Half Sack is sitting with Nathan and Emily and Colson and Roxy looks to a weary looking Half Sack and asks "Did you get a sleep last night?" Half Sack nods "I nodded off for a hour" and Roxy shakes her head and says "Y'know you are allowed a sleep" and Half Sack says "I didn't want to chance it, with all the shit thats going on with the Mayans" and Roxy nods and smiles "Well thank you that was sweet, you're gonna make a good Son" and Half Sack smiles. There's a knock at the door and Half Sack stands up and walks towards the back door as Roxy approaches the table her children were eating their breakfasts and Half Sack looks through the door window and says "Its Hale" and Roxy tilts her head to the side and says "Hale? Whats he wanting? Let him in" and Half Sack opens the door and Hale nods at Half Sack and says "Is Roxy in? I need a moment of her time" and Half Sack steps aside and Hale walks into the kitchen. Roxy lifts Emily and asks "Hale? What can I do for you?" Hale says "Answers" and Roxy says "Kip could you take Nathan to school for me?" Half Sack tilts his head to the side and looks in hesitation and Roxy says "I'll be fine Kip" and Half Sack says "You stay right here okay and I'll be back for you" and Roxy nods as she approaches Nathan and kisses his head and says "You be a good boy okay" Nathan nods and says "Okay Mom bye" and Nathan runs out of the house followed by Half Sack.

At Ink & Needles Simon is busy tattooing a woman when Walter walks into the tattoo parlour. Simon looks towards Walter and he quietly says "I will be back". Simon stands up and approaches Walter and says "Can I help you?" Walter says "Is this Roxy Morrow's shop? I already know the answer to that" Simon says "Whats it to you?" Walter takes out a envelope from his briefcase and says "I'm Walter...Mason's Uncle and you give her a message from me tell her that Mason is filing for full custody and this is a court order I advise that she goes" and Simon takes the envelope from Walter and glares at Walter and Walter walks out of Ink & Needles.

Back at Roxy and Juice's house Roxy sets Emily down inside her highchair and says "Lets cut to the chase Hale, what do you want?" Hale replies "Answers" and Roxy chortles and says "You cops, you're so vague". Hale steps forward and says "Alright word around is that warehouse that burned down was Samcro's and that they stored illegal weapons in that warehouse. So is the Sons dealing arms?" Roxy purses her lips as she says "I got no idea what you're talking about" Hale shakes his head and says "Yes you do, don't play me for a fool...if you're scared i can get you protection...I can put you and the children in witness protection" and Roxy laughs and says "Protection from my own family?" Roxy looks to Hale and says "My family own a garage and are harley lovers and love their leather and here you're talking about guns and shit sounds pretty pathetic to me...if my family was into dodgy shit and thats a big if I would never rat" and Hale says "Clay and Jax served time for guns" and Roxy says "You're starting to piss me off now David...yeah you're right they were in jail but what can I say? Prison changed them for the better. Now if you don't mind I gotta feed my kids" and Hale nods and walks out of the house. Once Hale is out of the house Roxy picks up her cellphone that is on the table and she dials a number and presses the phone to her ear and says once she hears Clay's voicemail "Dad its me, call me when you get this its important" and she hangs up the call.

Roxy lashes out at Mason.
