We both looked at each other, grabbed hands, and jumped onto the couch. Then we started hitting each other with the pillows, she ended up winning but we then settled at two in the morning to watch Stranger Things.

We skipped school just so we could finish watching the show, and surprisingly we did! The next morning we woke up drunk as fuck, but we had to get ready for school. I was just grabbing my skateboard out front when I heard a loud rumbling sound behind me.

I turned around to see the garage opening and there I saw in all her glory, Brooklyn sitting on a motorcycle, giving me an intriguing look. "You gonna hop on emo boy", she asked me cunningly. I grabbed the helmet and hopped on,then she told me to grab her waist so I did. We took off zooming, and she reminded me of Maxine Mayfield from Stranger Things.

We arrived at the school just fifteen minutes late, and when we got to class we saw our history teacher, Mme Tosky Mckinnon giving us an utterly appalled look. "What were you doing for fifteen minutes of my class", she asked outrageously. I opened my mouth to begin to speak until Brooklyn stopped me and pushed me away.

Brooklyn started walking towards Mme Tosky and gave her a nasty scowl, "why do you need to know, is it your business"? Mme Tosky got up in Brooklyn's face, stared right into her sapphire eyes and said, "you wanna repeat that Ms Sterling"? Brooklyn stood on her tippy toes and gave her a menacing look, "NO,I will not repeat myself for you because I am not a slave, so why don't you GET OUT OF MY FACE"!

Mme Tosky backed away slowly and continued with the lesson, "m-my apologies Ms Sterling" she told Brooklyn. Brooklyn looked satisfied with herself and sat back down, I followed her and did the same. I never saw Brooklyn do such a thing so I turned to her and asked, " did you do that because you hate her"?

Brooklyn looked at me and said, "no, I could never hate someone for that is a strong word and Jesus told me to love everyone, but there are things that she should do better on, like respecting her students". "What about Mr Gaulle" I asked, "what about him, he's one of the best teachers I've ever had, but like Madame Tosky there are a few things he needs to improve on, I mean all of us need improvements don't we"? Brooklyn really touched me with those words because she was right.

We do need to improve on things, for a sixteen year old girl she's really wise. I stared at her in utter disbelief and shock for a bit, until she smiled and turned away so she could flip to chapter one hundred and twenty nine in our history textbooks to learn about Marie Antoinette.
