Summary

As an ordinary wolf in an extraordinary pack with an uncanny ability to assist the injured, physician Athena Lupe was unprepared for what fate had in store for her. Elijah Ocean, Alpha of the McBane tribe, shows her the epitome of what to have loved then lost means.

This is my first werewolf story. I am writing it because I have not found really a rejection book that has not made the female drastically change herself so the alpha would love her. In those books she becomes a heartless badass with a new boy toy that she leaves eventually for her old alpha hottie. I want a story with twists and flawed characters who are also lovable. I also want to see a tale where to wolves genuinely fall for one another without some mighty lustful pull. So in turn I am writing a book that I know I, as a reader would enjoy, and I hope you all join me on the ride.
