with Niki, Wilbur and techno in pogtopia

"where is Tommy? he said he would be back by 10?" Wilbur said with a sigh.

"he's only 7 minutes late, he'll come back." Techno said dismissively.

with that they waited.
but Tommy never came home...

"okay this isn't good, he said he would be back at 10 pm and it's 2 am now but he still isn't home." Niki was growing worried.

"I think we need to go look for him, what if Manburg took him." Techno said, he was clearly alarmed.

"you guys are so dramatic, he's fine" Wilbur said rolling his eyes.

"I'm going to check up on him, Techno, come with me.
he said he was going to the bench with Tubbo right?"
Niki spoke grabbing her jacket.

Wilbur was just left standing there.
he couldn't give 2 shits if Tommy was okay or not.
well... that was a lie.
he did care about the kid, sure, but Tommy was always just getting in the way sooooo, if he was okay but just not in Wilbur's way, that would be ideal.

with Niki and Techno

"well fuck. he's not here." Techno said with a hint of overprotectiveness in his voice.

"he said he was going to hang out with Tub- wait a minute... Tubbo...
no he wouldn't sell Tommy out like that..." Niki was starting to get really scared now.

"I think was need to go check in L'man- MaNbUrG." the pink haired man said.

"yeah, I agree but how- wait! I'm not banned for L'manburg! I can just go in."

"yeah but I'll stay around just in case something happens."

Niki nodded at Techno and ran down to L'man- fuck Manburg.
she saw Tubbo just standing around.
"Tubbo!" she came closer to him and whispered "what the fuck happened to Tommy."
Tubbo stayed silent, he didn't want to tell Niki what happened.
he was happy to see Niki again after she disappeared for a while but she was scary when she was mad so he kept his mouth shut.

Niki was about to ask where Tommy was again when Schlatt interrupted them.
"Niki! hi, hello, hola! I haven't seen you around in a while! where have you been?"

"none of your business.
anyways- ummm so-" she had to make up a lie because if she just asked where Tommy was, Schlatt would probably know that Niki was working with Pogtopia.

"so that guy that you exiled, yeah Wilbur, he sent me a letter asking about Tommy."

"why are talking to Wilbur?"

"he sent ME a letter, I can't just not read it!"

"mhm I see.. well send him a message back that we have Tommy."

"we have Tommy...?"

"yeah? haven't you heard? Tubbo over here ratted Tommy out and now we have him! we're planning on asking Wilbur for something in exchange for Tommy's safe return."
as Schlatt was saying that Tubbo turned away in shame.

"enough talk, I need to get back to business.
nice talking to you again Niki." and with that, Schlatt left.

after 10 seconds of pure silence, Niki turned to Tubbo.
"what. the. actual. fuck."

"I'm sorry! he was bleeding out and he passed out but I wouldn't know what to do so I had to get Quackity but Quackity got Schlatt and Schlatt said-" Tubbo was panicking at this point but Niki cut him off.

"woah woah woah, calm down. I'm not mad, just disappointed.
where is Tommy?"

"he's in a random house..."

"why didn't you just break him out?!"

"there are so many cameras, I couldn't!"

"okay so what does Schlatt want for Tommy's safe return?"

"he wants-"
Tubbo started but suddenly stopped.

"AYEEE NIKI! I haven't seen you in a long ass time!" Quackity came out of nowhere.
"I was just on my way to see Tommy, you two wanna come with? and Niki, I know you and Tommy are close so don't pull anything."

"I would never!"

they slowly walked to the house Tommy was in.
the whole way there, all of them were silent.
it was not an awkward silence though, it was weirdly comforting.

when Quackity opened the door, Niki's eyes immediately widened.
there was Tommy, chained to a red bed.

"Niki!? Niki! get me out of h-" he was cut off by Niki.

"so, what are we going to do with him for the time being?" She asked Quackity.

Tommy was beyond confused, she was here to help him right?
she was here to set him free right?
she wouldn't betray him like Tubbo did right?

Tommy was totally zoned out so he didn't even hear what Quackity said but he knew it was about his 'price'

"-thats when we can give Tommy back."

"mhm, I think it's a good idea but why is Tommy the ultimate sacrifice in this? I mean, he's just a kid.
Wilbur is the only person that's doing anything 'wrong' " Niki said.

Tommy didn't understand, was Niki trying to help him or not?
of course Niki was trying to get him out and help him but Tommy didn't know that.

he felt hurt.
Niki and Tubbo...

the two people he trusted...
liars...
Tubbo ratted him out and Niki was just-
actually, he didn't know...
was Niki just acting like she was part of Pogtopia?

I don't care anymore if Quackity finds out that Tubbo and Niki are part of Pogtopia.
Niki looked at me, with betrayal in her eyes.
"Quackity, can you leave for a sec?" Niki said without turning her head.
Quackity left, it was just me, Tubbo and Niki.

"what the fuck do you think you're doing?! he's gonna find out! you stupid kid..."

"WELL YOU BOTH BETRAYED ME FIRST, HOW CAN YOU SAY IT'S MY FAULT WHEN YOU'RE THE ONES WHO ARE ASSHOLES TO ME?!"

"I NEVER BETRAYED YOU?!
I FUCKING ALWAYS CARED FOR YOU WHEN SOMETHING HAPPENED TO YOU.
I WAS THERE WHEN YOU WERE SICK.

Niki was only human.
she had had so much shit from Wilbur, she couldn't hold it in anymore.
she loved Tommy, like a little bother but-
