Chapter 8 - Him

Chapter 8

- Sehun's POV -

There's still time before the assembly but I'm in the hall now waiting. I scroll through my phone and read what the fans commented since I was bored. Not long after that, I heard footsteps coming towards here.

I guess assembly is going to start in a few moments. Soon, the hall is filled with all the students here. I wonder where's So Eun. I saw Taehyung and decided to ask him.

"V, where's So Eun? Does she always comes late?" "No. She's usually earlier than me on Mondays. I wonder where is she." He replied and put his bag on the chair while counting how many of our classmates are here.

Just when I turn around, there's So Eun walking in. With D.O. Why is KyungSoo always there when there's So Eun? And that's when I heard mummers behind me.

"Why is she so close with D.O oppa?" "What is their relationship anyway?" "Does she really have to be that popular?"

I was about to turn around but JungKook stop me. "Let them be. She's used to it. I'm used to it. Everyone's used to it." He said. Yeah, I tried to let them be but there's this sentence which makes me angry.

"Bring her to the basement after school ends."

"Hey, Sehun." So Eun sat beside Taehyung and smiled at me. I only smiled back and look back to the stage. Minutes later, I look back at her. She's just so beautiful even without doing anything. 

-At Class 4-1 -

"Bring her to the basement after school ends."

Those words keeps repeating in my mind. Should I tell her or just pretend? I'm frustrated. I can't do this anymore. I got up from my seat and walk to her desk.

I hesitated for a while before even talking to her but did it anyway. "Err. So Eun. I have something to say." She look up and said, "what is it?" "Can you not go home alone today?" I asked looking at the floor.

"Wae(why)?" She asked again. "Just-" I was cut off by Taehyung who came out of I don't know where. "Eun-ah! Can I stop by your cake house later? After school ends?"

She nodded and smiled, "Just come. I wouldn't mind anyway." Then, she turn to me. "What were you saying? Why shouldn't I walk home alone?" Taehyung then turn to me.

"I'm just worried about you." I said and walk back to my seat.

- TaeHyung's POV -

"I'm just worried about you." Sehun said and walk back to his seat. "What's with him?" So Eun asked and I shrugged my shoulders. "By the way, can I go to your cake house with the shy maknae?" I asked.

She chuckled and nodded. "I'm going back to my seat now." I smiled and she smiled back. I sat down and look at Sehun.

"Sehun, you're thinking the same thing right?" I ask. "What do you mean?" He look at my confused. "About not letting her going home alone because of the sasaeng fans."

He look at me with that suprised face and I just shrug my shoulders. I guess we are thinking the same since first the sasaeng fans. Second, the girls behind us this morning is bothering me.

-JungKook's POV -

Finally! School's over! I'm now here, leaning on So Eun's locker. She'll be coming late since she's going to meet Mrs. Jung. "JungKook oppa, what are you doing here?"

I thought it was So Eun but when I turn around, I found one of the girls from the other class. "Just waiting for-" "So Eun?" She cut me off. I looked at her and nodded.

"Why would you wait for her? She can go home by herself. She doesn't need anyone. She's fine by her own. By the way, oppa, did you know? She once said that her life is much more peaceful without you guys, oppa. She's such a bitch." She continued.

She's such a bitch. She's such a bitch. That sentence keeps repeating in my mind. I was so angry that I fought back.

"She's such a bitch? Then you're worse than a bitch. I have my reasons and rights to wait for her. And by the way, did you know? I never thought she would say that but from what I know for being her friend for a year, she would never say that. No matter how hard things are." I gave her a death glare and she quickly walk away.

That's when I say So Eun standing there looking at me. She walk towards my direction and stop in front of me.

"Thank you." She said and hug me. I smiled and hug back. I don't care about my surroundings and my situation. It's so good to hug her.
