Chapter 19 - My Fault?

Chapter 19

- So Eun's POV -

After BTS left, I went back into the worker's room again. There's too much going on and it's just 9 in the morning. It has only been a hour since the shop opened but I'm already tired. Then, I heard the door opened. "You fine?" I heard my oppa said as he took a chair and sat in front of me. I looked at him and gave him a bitter smile.

"Yeah, I'm perfectly fine." I said to him and rolled my eyes while smiling. "You and your sarcasm." Oppa said and shook his head. "You still wanna help around or stay here or go out with your friends? Chansoo is bringing his friends today since they were searching for a part time job so we have a lot to help around the house." Oppa said again. 

"I'll just help around. I don't feel like going out though. Working helps me release my stresses too though." I smiled and stood up. "Now will you go out since I have to change?" I chuckled and opened the door for him. He smiled and pat my head before going out. I then took out the another uniform, just in , and changed. I took another apron and tie it around my waist.

Then, I stand in front of the mirror and look at myself. "You can do this." I said to myself before walking out. I was about to clean the place that she poured iced coffee on me but then it is already clean. So I walk to the counter. "Oppa, who cleaned the floor?" I asked Chansoo oppa while he was taking a slice of cheese cake. "Me." I heard someone beside me said so I turn.

He was tall and was wearing an apron too. "Oh, Eun-ah. You met him already. He is my friend, Taeyong. I have two other friends again but they haven't arrive yet so yeah." Chansoo oppa said and gave me the tray of food. "Table 18." He said again. "Oh, I'll send that." Taeyong oppa said and took the tray. Then, I heard the bell rang so I turn.

"Annyeonghaseyo." I bowed at the two boys who came. "Oh, Jaehyun. Doyoung." I heard oppa said. "They're your friends?" I ask him. "Yeah. Can you lead them to the worker's room so they can get changed?" Oppa said again and took the customer's orders. "Please follow me." I said and smiled at them.

I took two more uniform and gave them an apron each. "You can help around by sending the orders to the tables." I smiled at them and was about to go out when one of them said something. "Your name is So Eun right?" Then, I turn to them. "How did you know?" I asked, confused as I never met them anywhere before.

"We heard a lot of you from EXO sunbae-nim. If you're thinking how, we are trainees from SM. They gave us freedom to work anywhere before debuting so we chose here. Taeyong hyung is actually friends with Chansoo hyung and we were just tagging along. And my name is Doyoung and he is Jaehyun hyung." He finished and I only nodded before leaving for them to change.

EXO? Why would they talk about me though? 

- The Next Day -

- Third person's POV -

It's 6:40 in the morning and So Eun is already in school as well as Jeremy and Min A. They chatted outside their class as Jeremy is not in the same class as the two girls. So Eun was looking outside the window where they are standing beside. She is listening to what they are talking but her mind was somewhere else. She somehow felt empty inside. 

Just then, she saw a van coming in the school. Who came? She thought. Then, one by one, the members of EXO came out of the van. When D.O came out of the van, he look up because he just feel so. And there, he made eye contact with So Eun. He smiled a bit and she smiled back. They're back.

*Ringggggggggggggg*

"Let's go." Min A said and pulled So Eun. "Annyeong. See you on recess." Both of them said and waved at Jeremy before entering the class. When So Eun sat on her seat, she realized that JungKook haven't come yet. "Oh, yeah. BTS will not be coming often now since they are preparing for their comeback which 6 weeks away." Min A turned  to talk to So Eun. 

Then, she took out her chemistry book and read it. "Guys, did you heard?" She heard one of her classmate said. They're probably gonna fangirl again. She thought and shook her head while smiling at her classmates. 

- So Eun's POV -

Class is almost starting but the girls are just about to fangirl. They and their idols. I smiled and shook my head. "What?" I may looked like I don't care but I'm actually listening too though. "About yesterday. I saw someone posted about V oppa stopping a girl from slapping another girl." By now, the smile on my face had faded away. Min A also turned to look at me.

"Who were the two girls though?" I heard another girl said. "They seemed familiar though. Here." Another said. This time, Min A mouthed to me, 'what-now?'. "Hey, isn't that-" They stopped. Now, I can feel someone looking at me. "What? Who?" I heard one of them said again. "So Eun and Krystal." Then, I turned to look at them. 

Now, everyone is staring at me. So I look down, back at my book. "So Eun?" I heard Jae In, one of my classmate, said. When I look again, everyone is still staring at me. I can't stand it anymore so I stood up, wanting to get out of the class. But I stopped. "Kim So Eun." I heard someone said with her high-pitched voice. 

I look to my right and saw Krystal standing at the back door. "What have you done?" She said and came closer. "Now, everyone knows. It's spreading all over. Your fault." She finished and in an instant, I felt my left cheek burning. I heard my classmates gasp at what is happening. I don't feel like fighting back after she had just slapped me.

 I held my left cheek and look at her. "What are you looking at? It's your fault. Now everyone thinks that I'm the one who is wrong here." She said again. I can see some tears in her eyes. Is she faking it? "It was never her fault. You started it." Min A stood up and said.

So everything's my fault? Being friends with them? Krystal pouring coffee on me? Krystal wanting to slapped me? Me being bullied? Everything is my fault?

I could stand it anymore so I just ran out. Just as I went out of the classroom, I bumped into Sehun. "Yah, what happened?" He asked me. I did not look at him and just continue running to I don't even know where my feet are bringing me.After running for a long time, I finally arrived to where I would always go. 

Rooftop Garden.
