Namjoon's P.O.V
All of us screamed "CHEERS" as we raised our cans of beer. We were beyond happy. None of us even dreamed of winning the first place, but here we are opening up an envelope with seven cheques worth a million Won each.
"Y'all owe me a thank you for registering for this event" Hobi said and looked at me.
I ruffled his hair.
Why is this human so adorable??!!!!
I whispered a 'thank you' making him smile in embarrassment.
"Yah you know I was just kidding" He said trying to hide his head in the nook of my neck.
We looked up when we heard some 'Oooo's and 'Awww's. All of them were looking at us.
"They are so adorable...." Jimin said, looking at us with puppy eyes. I chuckled at that.
"I don't think they're all that cute" someone said. I turned my head towards that direction and saw Tae. He still had that weird face. He's been giving me that look since the performance. The room fell a little silent at his comment. Maybe I should ask him.
"Tae, can I talk to you alone?" I asked.
He got up and walked out of the room. I think that was a yes? I followed him out. I found him in the kitchen. I sat down next to him.
"Tae, is something wrong?"
"I don't know, you tell me hyung. Is something wrong?"
"What do you mean?"
"I thought we were back to being close."
"Of course we are."
"Then why wasn't I told about you and Hobi hyung?"
"What exactly about Hobi and me?"
"When were you gonna tell me you two were together?"
"We got together today? You all saw what happened."
"But you both screamed 'I love you' at each other before that"
"Oh that? That came out of my mouth accidentally. I was super excited."
"No you're lying"
"Tae I'm not lying. It really was a slip."
"Are you sure?? You promise?? "
I laughed and hit his head soft. He smiled back.
"Is that why you've been giving me that scary expression this whole time?"
He nodded.
"Wow. You really don't trust me at all huh?" I teased him. He smiled awkwardly, scratching his head.
"Hyung I actually have something to ask you" He said.
"Yeah?"
"Could you give me some tips on how to ask someone out?"
"Of course I can. Why? You wanna ask someone out? Tell me who this person is."
"I can't tell you that"
"Why not?"
"Because...."
"Because what?"
"Because he is your friend", Tae said covering his face with his hands.
