Valerie sighed, knowing she's a couple of songs away from the end of this stupid playlist. She remembers about a week ago when she looked forward to come home and wait until nine o'clock to call her boyfriend after hearing how much he loved her. Now, she wants to get to the end of this playlist to get this thing over with.
Valerie grabbed Envelope Twenty-Five from the nightstand next to her and grabbed her iPod Nano and pressed track twenty-five, reading the pink index card after ripping the flap open
Track Twenty-Five: I ruined your life
You got me sippin' on something
I can't compare to nothing
I've ever known, I'm hoping
That after this fever I'll survive,
I know I'm acting bit crazy
Strug out, a little bit hazy
Hand over heart, I'm praying
That I'm gonna make it out alive

The heart want what it wants, alright, and Valerie's heart wants Tony so bad.
But that at the moment, Valerie's heart is beating rapidly because she's anxious to get to the end of the playlist, hoping it'll end with romantic song rather than something broken hearted, she had enough of feeling this way.
Hurt was rather showered over with guilt, slipping her away from contentment to broken glass.
