(Emma's POV)
Niall looks ecstatic when he walks in the room, and I wonder what has him so happy. LOuis explains with me having to ask.
"We broke away from those dirty homophobes," He grins and pulls Harry into his arms, kissing him passionatly. I smile at their public display of affection.
"Well I'm staying in New York." Everyone turns to stare at me and I laugh. "I got a manuscript accepted. They offered to pay my living costs, and the two of them," I gesture to Will and Maya, "convinced me that I didn't even need to head home first." I explain.
Niall smiles. "That's great Emma."
Liam, however, frowns. "I suppose we're staying inNew York too, huh?" Everyone is silent as it seems to register for all of them that they are no longer on tour.
Niall grins then. "That's great. I love New York."
Everybody smiles at him, me included.
"So who wants to come check out my new apartment with me?" I ask, expecting Maya to respond. BUt she dosen't and neither does Will. Instead, Niall speaks up.
"I'll come. I'll wann know where it is so I can visit you later." He decides, grabbing his keys. I shrug. WHy not let him come?
"Alright. I suppose I'll see the rest of you later." I agree, following Niall out to the car.

(Nialls POV)
Emma gives me directions to her new apartment and it isn't long before we arrive. She stands outside the door nervously.
"What if I hate it?" She ask. I put an arm over her sholder.
"You won't hate it," I assure her. SHe opense the door to the place, and it turns out I am right. Even after more than an our of examining the place, she can't find a single flaw.
"I love it." SHe sighs, coming and standing next to me against the wall. I clear my throat. There's something I have been meaning to ask her.
"Emma, I know I never got to take you on a real date, but will you be my girlfriend,"I ask. Her face lights up with joy. I would do anything to see that smile.
"Of course, Niall." ANd she leans over and kisses me.
