As Petro and Gungi along with Yang, Jaune and Ren found themselves cornered by Embo, Embo begins speaking to them in his native language. Yang as well as Jaune and Ren couldn't understand him. However, Petro and Gungi were able to understand his language.

Petro: He's asking what we're doing in his home.

Yang: You can understand him?

Petro: Let's just say the Force is giving us a hand.

Yang: We...we came to look for our friend. We needed shelter and we thought your home was abandoned.

As Yang got close to Embo, the Annoba began to growl at her. Embo soon petted the creature's head, calming him down.

Embo: Marrok.

Suddenly, everyone's Scrolls began to vibrate. Everyone including Embo checked their Scrolls to see Ruby's broadcast.

Petro: Looks like you had nothing to worry about, Yang.

As Petro said that, the broadcast turned to static before playing the broadcast of Darth Jadus. Everyone in the room was shocked by this.

Petro: Sithspit!

Gungi: <Darth Jadus must've gained access to the Tower!>

Suddenly, a loud noise was heard. Everyone ran outside to investigate the noise. As they head outside the farm, they saw that the ground had broken open with black liquid pouring out. Soon enough, a Sabyr's head peaks from the surface. It wasn't long before the liquid began to move towards Mantle.

Yang: It's Grimm. A river of Grimm....heading straight for the kingdom.

Petro: Okay....this just went from bad to worse....

In light of this new threat, Jaune attempts to create a comms broadcast warning Mantle about the black liquid. After sending the broadcast, they head straight back to Embo's farm. On the way there, they inform him about what was going on. As they reached Embo's farm, they find an Atlas airship hovering above the farm with Winter and the Ace-Ops waiting outside.

Jaune: Did you hear our message? It's right there. We need to hurry.

Harriet: Where's Penny?

Jaune: Are you serious right now!? There are people in danger.

Harriet: There are people in danger because you kids are acting selfish and....

Petro: Look around you! We've got Grimm heading towards Mantle! We've got way bigger problems right now!

Suddenly, the ground began to shake. Marrok began to bark. Everyone looks to see the Grimm river forms a geyser that shoots up high enough to hit the City of Atlas and manages to force it's way past Atlas's hard light shields. The liquid then spawns Centinels which burrow into the earth of the floating city to avoid the military ships' lasers and dislodge two of the shield pylons. With these two pylons gone, the entire shield disappears. The Mostra then lands into the city, spewing black liquid which spawns more Grimm.

Winter: You're coming with us.

As the Ace-Ops moved to take Petro and the others into custody, Embo and Marrok stepped in. Though initially startled by Embo's appearance, they maintained their composure.

Harriet: Out of our way, alien. This doesn't concern you.

Embo began talking in his native language. Petro translates.

Petro: He...he says you're trespassing on his land.

Winter: This is Atlas territory.

As Embo speaks again, it became clear that Embo was not going to be friendly with Winter or the Ace-Ops. As the Ace-Ops moved towards Embo, Jaune stepped in and pointed at the Monstra.

Jaune: That's where the Grimm took Oscar. It's even bigger than I thought.

Vine: Grimm don't take prisoners.

Petro: Well this one did.

The confrontation was soon interrupted when Ironwood contacts Winter and informs her of his plan to destroy the Monstra by using a powerful bomb.

Yang: You can't blow it up with Oscar still in there!

Vine: That creature causes more damage every minute. We cannot wait.

Gungi: <Then let us go into the Monstra and save Oscar!>

Marrow: You want to go inside that thing alone?

Yang: Wouldn't you do it for Elm? Harriet? Vine?

Elm: We don't let feelings get in the way of making the right call. Trading three lives for one is stupid.

Ren: No, it's not. He's our friend. We will do whatever it takes to find him, because we care about him.

As Ren said this, Harriet scoffed.

Harriet: I really had you pegged as the most level-headed of the bunch, but I guess you're just as naïve. Feelings don't matter, the job matters. When you lose someone on your team, you move on. Replace them, like Marrow replaced Tortuga and Winter replaced...

Petro: That's what you keep saying to yourself. But I can sense your true emotions. You're angry about what happened to Clover and you're lashing out at anyone you deem responsible.

Harriet: You don't know anything about me!

Petro: That's why you lost against Team RWBY. You try to fight how you feel about each other, so you'll never truly work as a team.

Harriet: You shut your damn mouth!

Petro: I would die for those close to me. If I had to give my life to save those close to me, I would do it in a heartbeat. You might think that's a stupid move, but frankly, I don't give a damn what you think.

Harriet's anger began to boil. As she was about to attack Petro, Winter stepped in.

Winter: Enough. We will drop you as close as we can to the monster.

Harriet: You can't be serious. They're fugitives and traitors!

Winter: I outrank you, soldier. If you don't like that, then consider yourself court martialed.

As Winter brings the Ace-Ops in line, she turns to Petro and the others.

Winter: If you aren't out in time, we drop the payload. No matter what.

Petro: We'll get Oscar out.

With that, Petro and the others joined Winter on the airship as she planned to take them as close to the Monstra as possible. They would also be joined by Embo and Marrok as their farm was no longer safe. A new ally had joined the struggle against Salem and Darth Jadus.
