Bucky's POV:
"Steve loves me" I pick the 4th flower petal
"He loves me not" Another one goes
"Loves me" The 2nd petal drifts away
I pick the final pink petal
He doesn't love me... I knew it
I throw the stems as far as I can; leaning on the railing from the balcony of Stark Tower, watching it fly into the abyss
"Buck" Someone calls
"Didn't I say I didn't wanna talk to you again?" I snarl
"You never said that"
"I wanna talk" Cap confronts and walks to me
"What's there to talk about?" I question
"Look, I know you're mad at me-"
I don't even let him finish before interrupting
"Steve, I stopped feeling anything the moment I thought you weren't going to stay" I admit, trying to stay calm
"Buck..."
"Now, let me ask you this" I begin
"What does til the end of the line mean to you?"
Rogers stares at me
I leave Steve with that question
