Kate, Jamie and I had just come home when I opened the envelope Rose gave to me at the funeral.
Dear Nialler I read as I opened the letter. A tear rolled over my cheek, I recognized the handwriting immediately
Hey, lill one I continued reading I'm sorry if you're reading this. I'm so sorry I left you in this world
I know you try and make jokes about everything as a defense magnetism just because you are scared. But I'm too mate tears started rolling over my cheeks I quickly checked the date in the top corner of the letter
1st March 2036 I tried to smile to hid my tears when I noticed Jamie standing in the kitchen.
And I know you're going to act like nothing happened because I'm dead but please don't be a bit sad. It's okay lad but just think about the times we 'played' golf
"hey dad what is that" Jamie said while she came closer.
"It's a letter from Uncle Lou," I said before I continued reading
the times we drove to MC Donald's at 3 am and you fooking woke me up for it. The time you stalked us to Disney land and brought Payno and Zayn. The times I and Harold came to visit you and your lill kid.
Tears rolled over my cheek, "are you okay?" Jamie asked "No Jamie, I'm not, but that's okay" Jamie came to me and gave me a hug "I love you" she whispered "I love you to love," I said as I kissed her forehead
