Jc's POV
I waited for 12 hours at the hospital for the doctor to come out to tel me he was okay. Ricky, Connor and Jenn all came to the hospital after they heard he had been hit and rushed to hospital. They had waited with me for a while but left to go and get some sleep so they didnt miss their flight the next day.
Finally, the doctor came out and walked over to me.
Doctor: "Mr. Caylen?"
JC: "yes?"
Doctor: "hi my name is Doctor Maidfair, Kian is in a medically induced coma but he is going to be okay. He has broken his collar and fractured his left arm though. Do you know what caused him to run onto the road?"
*flashback to all the events that day*
Jc: "no, no"
Doctor Maidfair: "are you sure?"
Jc: "yes, yes I'm sure."
Doctor Maidfair: "okay, thank you Mr. Caylen"
the doctor started to walk away
Jc: "do i get to see him? when will he be out of this coma thing?"
Doctor Maidfair: "it is hard to tell when he will come out of the coma, but yes you can see him oif you want."
Jc: "yes please"
Doctor Maidfair: "please follow me then"
I followed the doctor into the room where Kian was. I walked over to his bed.
Doctor Maidfair: "I'll leave you alone"
I didn't say anything how could the sight of Kian was shocking. his lip was ciut and his face was bruised.
Oh shit what have I done? I thought to myself
I held Kian's hand. I thought I felt him squeeze back but how could I he is in a coma and its all my fault.
I started to cry.
Jc: "stupid fucking imagination, stupid fucking feelings, you knew Jc, you fucking knew. you've known it all along he never liked you that way and never will." I whisphered to myself.
Kian's POV
I had been hit, I knew I had been but it was too late to move or react I hit the ground and hard. I was knocked unconscious. I become semi-conscious on the way to the hospital, I heard people shouting names of medical shit to each other. I look over and Jc is sitting beside me with a concerned look on his face. Did today really just happen? what had happended today? did Jc really take me on a picnic? Had he really tried to kiss me? did I really get hit? The answer is yes, yes of course it all really happened I can't dream being rushed to hospital. can I? I look at JC again. I let him know I am okay by squeezing his hand back.
I get to the hospital and become unconscious again.
Jc's POV
I stop crying only to realise Kian squeezing my hand wasn't my imagination.
Jc: "Kian? Kian? can you hear me? Kian, if you can hear I'm so sorry I really am I didn't mean for today to end the way it did. it's all my fault I shouldn't have tried to kiss if I hadn't tried i wouldn't be here beside your hospital bed , you wouldn't be here in a hospital bed. I'm....... sorry.
When I finally blurted out I'm sorry he was still squeezing my hand. Harder than before. A smile spread across my face i wiped my tears away and called for Doctor Maidfair.
Jc: "DOCTOR MAIDFAIR! DOCTOR MAIDFAIR! COME QUICKLY I THINK HE IS WAKING UP!"
The doctors and nurses push me out of the room I desperately tried to see what they were doing. I got pushed back into the waiting

nurse: "Mr Caylen?"
Jc: "ah, yes?"
nurse: "you can come see him now"
jc: "thank you"
I walk in there he is as beautiful as ever the love of my life who unfortunately doesn't love me back.
Kian's POV
I wake up with a throbbing headache and a sore arm.......
What the fuck happened?
I looked over only to see Jc staring at me
Kian: "Jc, what the fuck happened? why am I here?"
Jc: "do u want the short version or the long version?"
Kian: "um shortest one possible please"
We both laughed. Fuck he was so cute when he did that half smile laugh thing.....
Wait, what? did I really just say that about my best friend? from what Jc has told me, do I really like him? or am I still not able to think well enough yet? yeah, yeah that must be it, I'm gonna get some more sleep.
Jc: "yeah sure"
what the hell? what is going on??
