Truth

"Where am I ?, Am I dead? Where are my friends?" this is what I thought to myself when I woke up to see a beautiful large chandelier light on top of my head. Two eyes from the top of my head poked in and screamed " She is awake". That was Andrew I kinda realized his voice at the instant, he helped me up and I found myself in a huge creamy couch with a tiny pillow for my head. As soon I sat up I saw my friends walking up to me I was relieved they were alive, I ran to them and hugged each of them "omg you guys are alive, I thought you died" I told them and they all laughed together "They were having burgers" a voice came in between. I shifted my neck behind Kev's head to notice a tall, muscular guy with a brown hair and smart look on his face giving me a welcome smile. He introduced himself " I'm Edward Michaelson, nice to meet you", he extended me his hands for a shake but I stood there frozen , he kinda looked like Apollo or maybe Aphrodite they are handsome Greek Gods. It took me a while to notice his pale sea blue eyes  but the moment I saw his eyes it struck me, with fear I pulled myself few steps back and pulled my friends with me. "You were the one at Lucy's and the construction site, right?" I asked him, he looked at me with a calm face and said " You're memory is just as I heard, and you have sharp eyes as in your reports no wonder you got selected for shooting". Oh my! How did he know this and the shooting, is he our secret director ? I thought to myself.

Well he didn't pull back his hands I hesitated but his smile made me change my mind. I gave him a handshake and Introduced my self " Hey! Evy Benjamin, nice to meet you...without a mask".

He gave me smile from the end of lips and walked past me and my friends. "Where are we exactly?" I asked, Andrew said "It's my boss summer house", well it that solved one question. Edward asked us to follow him and he took us to the computer room and showed us a file which was named "Prey". We looked at each other and took a seat and stared that the huge computer, he opened up the file and there were a few additional files with all our names on it. And another file named " Eva Usoro", well it was not relevant to our names but he clicked on that file, the file opened there were a few files regarding the information of this girl named Eva. We remained silent, well we wanted to know who this girl was and why he is showing us these files. " She must be his Ex " Abby said, we giggled and Edward noticed that , he started at us with eyes as if were his enemy, but come on were are victims here!. "Do you know who Eva is or Who the Usoro family is?", he asked. Dah , we have no idea tell us but I couldn't tell these outside of my brain so we just moved our head as a reply of no. "They are one of the greatest and deadliest mafia family ever" he told. "Ohhhhhhhhh I see " Kev replied loud. He continued " The family has 3 sons and 1 daughter and she is the youngest and dearest of them all, her name is Eva". We just nodded cause we understood what he said. "Why exactly are you telling us this"? Sherene asked up. Well she took the words right out of my mouth. " It's been 2 years since she disappeared" Edward replied. Ah, now I get it he wants our help to find her, and looked at my friends with a look where we all thought the same thing. "Are you agent, who wants our help to find this girl?" I asked up, he looked at me and clicked on the file which had Eva's image in it. 

I couldn't breathe it was like someone was twisting off my neck. "Why on earth is my image on the screen?" I screamed right into Edward's face. "That's the problems you see Miss Evy, you both look alike it's like you're her doppelganger..ah she is kinda bigger than you by 2 years so it's by fact you're look like or maybe you are her  long lost sister". Andrew told me these but he was nervous when he spoke. I was shaken but Edward came over and put his hand on shoulder and said " You have to be brave now". He sounded terrified but why?. 

"You see we suspect that Eva is probably hiding from someone, someone who is trying to kill her, she is hiding so well that the secret intelligence couldn't find her for 2 years, but that's when you came to the city and we found that you both look alike. As we suspected you were wanted by many of the other mafia gangs so we asked our youngest secret agent Lucy to be your secret bodyguard, and.... she did her job well! The one truth that the outside world doesn't know is that you are a doppelganger of Eva, but the fact is they believe you are Eva the only daughter of the Usoro family, so we have to find Eva early and as soon as possible" Edward told these without giving out a breathe. But...."Why should we find her, I can just go back home and this will be over" I told them both. He looked at Andrew and told me "That's gonna make the problem bigger". I looked at him with a question face. 

"If we don't find Eva soon you will die as Eva from the people who are trying to kill her". Well it was like I had seen Robert Pattinson that my heart beat so fast it would blast but it was fear that made my heart beat.
