Evelin's POV

It's been a year since I and Cedric are together and we are in a stable relationship. He graduated before me and is now handling his dad's works. I and my friends graduated and guess what we are all working in one of our companies. Harry insisted I take over the fashion line company and I just had to obey it. Abby was too excited about the news since she always wanted to do something related to fashion. I see Kev barely, he is out on dates with my brother. Sherene is a COE officer and I am the Director. We all considered our jobs here as part-time money-making, assassinating was our main job. I and Brothers usually get into arguments for this but I always win. Cedric doesn't worry about this matter, he knows I will be safe, but If I am hurt he screams at me, which doesn't make me angry at all. Weird 

Last week, I and my brothers went on a road trip, it was so hard to make them agree to it. Eva and Nick had a wonderful wedding, it was a beach venue and the sunset was the epic showdown. Those two have gone on a honeymoon leaving behind Angel with my aunties.  

I did receive a letter from Edward's family for an apology, they must be scared of us, we literally had all the other mafia's in favor of us. Edward is half-dead more like in Coma, everyone beat him to death. I don't feel guilty, he deserved it. William got married to Clara, she is the daughter of one of our business partners. Clara is a beautiful woman. I really like her, she is friendly and more like a sister. Harry is married to Stacey. Turns out she is one of our long cousins. They had 2 kids. A daughter and a son. Those two are the flowers in our house. 

I also learned a very shocking fact that Stephan was married and he had kids. I thought he was single, but Nah it was not true. It was the end of the month now, Cedric told me to get ready, he said we have to go somewhere. But I had no idea where. So I just got ready in a short full-hand blue dress. After few minutes, he came, my knight in shining armor. Ug what I am saying! He looked handsome in his outfit. 

-Skip to time-

We reached the cliff the very first cliff where hugged and the same one where we kissed. He held my hands and we walked over to the sitting spot. We were just sitting and looking at the city. He went away for attending a phone call and I was sitting still. It has been 10 minutes and he hasn't come back. I was worried, I got up and went his way. He wasn't there. I pulled out my gun and walked towards the rushing of leaves. And yes, a gun, I mean I need to be safe. I locked my gun and went forward to find myself in a circle of lights. What the! 

I turned around and saw no one, I still had my gun with me steady. I turned around and found him, on his KNEES???? I stood there with wide eyes and a surprised look, I am getting proposed. Sweet! I stood there looking at him, and he looked at my hands, oh shit my gun. I pulled it back and kept it inside. 

"Evelin I am glad I meet you, from the moment I saw you in the classroom, you are all that I am thinking about. And now I know I can't live without you, I love you so much. Would you do the honor of marrying me?" I saw so much hope in his eyes and the love he had. I found my soulmate. 

"YES" I screamed and he stood up and hugged me tight and twirling me around in the air. He put me and down, taking out the ring put it on my finger. It was a small diamond ring. I loved it. As soon he was done, I heard a few shouting and joy laughing. My entire family came out of hiding. It was one of the happiest days of my life. Now I was engaged with the love of my life.

3 weeks later

Clara and Stacey were panicking running here and there, the kids were all around. Abby was doing my hair and makeup. It was my wedding. I know it was too soon but we decided to have it anyway. My dress was all the way transported from Paris, Dylan wanted to choose it himself. He was crying the entire day when we told him our marriage plan. I was ready, but the dress hasn't arrived yet. Nick was supposed to pick it up and he came a few minutes knocking at our door with the dress in his hands.

The ladies didn't want the guys to see me before I walk to the aisle. I took a look at the dress and slid into it, it was very beautiful. I wanted an open hairstyle and I got what I want. I was finally ready. I didn't want many decorations on my face. 

I walked out of my room and went to the middle alone. Harry was there ready to take me. Our dad couldn't make it. They needed manpower for Iraq. I walked with Harry holding onto his hands tight. Angel along with Noah, Nolan, and Gloria, and Gabriel walked in front of us. They were the flower kids. In the front, stood my soon-to-be husband handsome as always. On his left stood all my brothers and cousins. And on the other side, stood my bridesmaids. I walked closer and Cedric gave me his hands and Harry entrusted it to him. We stood in front of each other. The priest said some old talking. 

"Do you Cedric, take Evelin here as you lawfully wedded wife, in sickness and in health and in rich and poor?" The priest asked. He looked at me, "I do". And now he asked me " I do". We exchanged our rings and 'You maybe kiss the bride', Cedric didn't wait for it though. All cheering and throwing flowers. 

Cedric took me to an alone place, all the guests were busy eating and enjoying. We walked on the grass holding hands. He stopped and looked at me.

"I am so glad you didn't tell me about you when we first meet, if you had, I wouldn't have fallen in love so much, but now I love you so much, till death do us part, Mrs. Verzi" I smiled at him and put my hands around his neck and we kissed. We were interrupted by Nick.

"Umm...Mr. and Mrs. Verzi we would like to take a family photo, join us" He blushed on speaking. We just nodded and walked hand in hand. We were all there, surprise, Eva came back from her honeymoon so we were all there in the frame. My friends joined us too, they were family.

1,2,3 and Smile the photographer said. We all smiled when I got a notification on my phone. 

Everyone looked at me, I saw my friends and winked. "A new assignment"
