As Merlin led Amy through the Forests of Balor, to the blue box, he was silent. Amy didn't seem to trust him, and he didn't really trust her either.
Just as they were coming up to the box Merlin stopped. Amy could sense that something was wrong, and she stood still, barely daring to breathe.
"Bandits" Merlin breathed. "Quick, in here"
He gestured to a bush, allowing her to climb under it first, before realising that it was too late.
"What have we got here then?" A gruff voice asked. Merlin turned around, to see one of the biggest men he had ever seen in his life. He was tall and very muscley, and Merlin could tell that an ordinary man wouldn't stand a chance against him. He was not an ordinary man though.
"What have you got then? Give me everything, or your friend here is ours."
Merlin looked. One of the men had Amy. He knew he had to do something.
" Back away now" He said forcefully.
A eruption of laughter occured, and Amy's eyes were full of terror, looking at Merlin desperately.
"Or what?" Another bandit stepped forward. "What's a nobody like you ever going to do to us?"
Merlin looked up at the sky. Then over at the huge mound of earth and rocks that lay nearly above them in the valley. His eyes flashed gold as he sent them tumbling down over some of the bandits. The rest that remained, including the one holding Amy, were very quick to flee and were soon long gone.
"You Ok?" Merlin went over to Amy.
"Yeah. Been worse." She leapt up, dusted herself off, and started walking towards the TARDIS

Rory was now lost. After eating the biggest meal he could even dream of, he was stuffed, but after thinking he knew his way around the castle, he now had no idea where he was. He wanted to ask someone for help, but no one seemed to be around. He saw a staircase spiraling upward, and thinking it looked familiar he decided to follow his instincts and climb up it.
Fortunately, the staircase was very short, and he was greeted with a wooden door and a sign informing him that this was where the court physician could be found. He knocked on the door; he didn't know what else to do
"Come in" A voice from behind the door invited Rory in.
As soon as he stepped into this room Rory's senses nearly exploded. There was so much to look at, to smell, to touch and taste. An old man was standing in the middle of the room, brewing a potion. He turned around to face Rory.
"Can I help you?" He asked, staring at Rory the way a strict teacher stares at a naughty pupil
"No I was just ...um..." Rory hesitated "I got lost.."
You must be that new physician Arthur was talking about. Tell me, what would you suggest for the Queen?"
Rory didn't really understand what was happening. He didn't know what to do, but he had a pretty good medical knowledge.
"Well, I haven't seen her yet-" He started
"Well, we have no time to lose. I'm Gaius, the court physician." He introduced himself
"Oh, I'm Rory" Rory decided this was the right thing to do, although he was having doubts.
Several minutes of following Gaius through the castle led Rory into the Queens private chambers. there was a knight beside her who Rory recognised from the banquet he had had beforehand.
"Here she is" Gaius called Rory over to where Gaius was standing next to her bed. Rory dashed over, and as soon as he lay eyes on the Queen he could tell something was very wrong.
"What do you think? In all my years as a physician I have never seen anything like it. Her fever won't stop rising, and there's nothing we can do" Gaius told Rory, who was going around examining the Queen. "It must be a magical enchantment, but it's very strong"
Rory was about to say that there was no such thing as magic, but he stopped himself. He kept examining the Queen. It was the most unusual thing. She seemed to have several bite marks all around her left wrist, and from there several green veins were making their way up her arm. Her pulse was weak, her breathing was very shallow, and Rory had absolutely no idea what was wrong with her.
"Definitely not natural" he said after a few minutes. "I have never seen anything like it before on my life. what have you prescribed?"
Gaius then listed off a long line of herbs and various other potions, most of which Rory had never even heard of. Gaius, noticing his blank face, stopped.
"What would you suggest?"
Rory took his first aid kit out of his pocket and rummaged through it, until he pulled it an ice pack. He clicked it, and bandaged it carefully onto the Queen's arm. Gaius was staring at him.
"Ok, you're not going to believe me, but I know what I'm doing. Whatever this is, its boiling her blood and this will help to cool it down again." He explained.
"But where did you get it from?" Gaius asked
"It 's a long story" Rory sighed. "Just trust me. It can't do any harm."

The Doctor was very annoyed. He had looked everywhere in this massive castle, but to no avail. But he had to find it. He just had to, and he was sure it ment Camelot. Just because he could travel in time, it didn't mean he could escape.
