Brendon's POV
❀ • ❀ • ❀ • ❀ • ❀I giggled softly as Dallon carried me back to the house, my flowers still in my hands, my grip tight. I squeal a little quietly as Dallon bounces me, my body jerking a little but it was fun to me.
When I look up again, I notice that we're close to the house again. It seemed so much father when I was walking, but now that Dallon was carrying me the walk seemed so much shorter.
"D-Dally? C-Can we ke-keep the f-flowers in o-our r-room?" I ask, and he smiles and nods.
"Of course we can, baby. I'll get a vase and some water, and we can put them on the nightstand, okay?" He says, and I nod a bit, but then I realize he can't exactly see me since he's carrying me and also facing forwards.
"O-Okay, D-Dally. T-That sounds g-good to m-me," I replied, and I wrapped my arms around his neck a little tighter, almost like I'm trying to give him a hug, but not exactly since he's carrying me and I'm not walking.
"D-Do you th-think R-Ry will l-like my fl-flowers?"" I asked him, hoping he would say yes.
"I think he'll love them, baby. I bet Tyler and Josh will too, darling." Dallon replies, and I giggle quietly as I look at my flowers, the bright colors making me smile.
We eventually make it home, and Dallon lets me down when we get to the door so that he can unlock it. I fixed my skirt a little since it had rode up a bit whenever Dallon had been carrying me. I flatten it more, and smooth it out, and I hear Dallon unlock and open the door.
We walk inside, and I still hold my flowers tightly to my chest, not wanting to let go of the pretty little things.
Dallon smiles as he looks up at me, and I smile back, my cheeks starting to burn a bit.
"C'mon, baby, let's get a vase to put your flowers in, okay?" Dallon says, and I nod gently, following him into the kitchen. He reached up into the cabinets and grabbed what looked like a glass cup, except the top of it was really long.
He gestures for me to come over, and he feels the "vase" with water just till it is filled until about half way. I walk over and he carefully takes my flowers from my hands, and he puts them into the vase.
"There ya go, baby, now we can put them in our room on the bedside table. We have to be careful with this though, okay? It can very easily break," Dallon says and he points to the vase. It did look pretty fragile to me so I definitely would be careful with it. I nod a little as I turn to look at the flowers.
"Hey! You're back," I hear a voice say, and when I turn and look, I see Ryan standing in the doorway.
"R-Ry, l-look! I ha-have fl-flowers!" I exclaim, and I excitedly point to the flowers in the vase. Ryan smiles as he looks at me, and he walks over to us.
"I see, Bren. They're very pretty," Ryan replies, and he smiles more as I show him the roses and the daisies. I giggle happily and bounce a little in place as I feel Dallon's arm wrap around my waist.
"So how was your date?" Ryan asks, and I was going to say something, but Dallon beat me to it so I just continued looking at my flowers.
"It was great!" Dallon says, and I smile and nod a little. Dallon then pauses and sighs a little, and I feel him grip my waist a little tighter than he had before, almost like he was trying to protect me or something.
"Some asshole slapped his ass though, and called him some.. fun, things," Dallon growls out, and I whimper a little, not exactly wanting to remember the incident, but I knew Dallon would tell the others. I turn and bury my face in his chest, and I feel both of his arms wrap around my body.
