Chapter Twenty: You Found Me

*2 weeks later*

Toni's POV:

It was Monday, it started off like any other day would. I kissed Ronnie on her forehead as I got out of bed. It was 6am so she had about another 10 minutes to sleep. I cooked us something to eat and went to wake her up when I was done so I could eat with her. It was our thing now.

I went and woke her up. She fought me for about five minutes before she finally got up. She went to the bathroom to go pee, get dressed and brushed her teeth. She came out and joined me, eating. "Hey after I drop you off. I need to stop by my trailer. My neighbor called me last night and told me I have mail overflowing so she wants me to get it so no one takes. I'll be there be the start of second period. Ok baby?" I asked. "Yeah baby that's fine. Just be careful and hurry to school. I don't want you to miss too much of school. I know you're ahead but still.  You need to be there." She said and I nodded my head.

We headed to school right after breakfast. I dropped her off, giving her a kiss, saying see you soon. I waited until she was with Betty and they walked into school together.

I took off to my trailer and I got off, getting my mail. I was about to head back to my bike when I felt someone put something over my mouth and nose. Before I could fight it, everything went black.

Veronica's POV:

It was nearing the end off second and still no Toni. I was a little worried but nothing to serious. I just texted her, asking what was taking so long.

It was now third and still no Toni. I tried calling her but she didn't answer so I texted her again, asking where she was.

It was now lunch and I was starting to panic. This wasn't like her. She never disappears without telling me where she's going. I went into the lunchroom and asked the group if anyone's heard from her and they said no.

I decided against telling them just yet, hoping she would show up later in the day.

The school day ended and Toni was nowhere to be found so now I decided to tell them. I found everyone in the parking lot and got their attention. Everyone huddled around, "guys I think something happened to Toni. She told me this morning that she was going to her trailer to get her mail and told me she would be back before second ended but she never showed. I've called her all day long and texted her but I got nothing in return. Have any of you tried calling or texting her?" I explained and asked them, starting to really panic.

"We've all tried calling and texting her but we get nothing. This isn't like her. Shes never done this. She never just disappears without a trace. Maybe we should go to her place and see if maybe she's there." Betty said and everyone agreed.

I rode with Betty to Toni's. Everyone followed behind. We reached Toni's house and you could tell something was off. Her bike was in her makeshift driveway and there was package on her steps. Her mail was also spread all over her front yard. We all walked up to look at the package. It was labeled for Hanna to open. I was confused but the girls looked terrified, like they knew what happened.

Hanna opened the box slowly and dropped it. There was Toni's jacket covered in blood with a note saying 'I told you not to run. Now you'll have to find Toni. Good luck. You're going to need it. -A'

Who the fuck is A and why did they take my girlfriend? The girls were all in shock.

"What's going on? Who's A? Why did they take my girlfriend?" I asked them and Spencer answered, "A is the reason we moved here. They were stalking us and torturing us. They knew everything. All of our secrets and used them against us. They kidnapped Ali and she was presumed dead for almost 5 years but came back its just been worse since."
