When 2 lost souls come together

The beach pt 2

After we spent a hour at the store because Lucas and Cassius though it would be funny to fool around but we got lemonade beers , smore stuff, and some water. We also got firewood and other things you need for a bond fire.

"Okay we are here now let's have some fun" I say to maya as I park next to the boys.

After we set up our towels and coolers we got out of clothes that covered our baiting suits.

"Last one in has to pay 50 bucks each" Lucas says as he runs in.

"Your a cheater" I yelled out.

"Well I ain't paying no 50 bucks" maya says as she runs.

Me and Cassius look at each other and then started running for the water.

This has been most fun I've had in a long time and it's all because of them.

"Aye sunshine come here" Cassius says he grabs me by the waist in the water.

I wrap my legs around his waist and my arms around his neck as we look into each other's eyes.

"You beautiful eyes sunshine" Cassius says.

"Thanks but I'm really loving the deep blue you got going on" I say back with a smile.

I take in all his features as we are face to face. His pearly white teeth, his dimples when he smiles, his wet messy hair, his muscles and his damn blue eyes that anytime he looks at me gets me weak in the knees.

"You done staring" Cassius says with a smirk.

"No , and not staring just admiring the view in front of me sunshine" I say with a smirk back.

"Aye you two love birds hungry" maya asks with a smile and behind is Lucas rasing his eyebrows with a smile.

"Yeah" me and Cassius say at the same time.

We eat and drink and talk for about an hour Lucas and maya went in the water before we started to bonfire.

"You know I'm sorry right" Cassius says out of the blue.

"For what" I say confused.

"For being a complete and total dick since you moved here" he says looking at the water.

"It's okay, I've been a total ass to you too you know" I say with a smile.

"Yeah but you had every right to be Cora" he says sincerely.

Damn.

"Still don't apologize, maybe tomorrow or something I'll find something I can open up to you about , I mean I have plenty of things I'll just find one to start off with" I say as I turn my head towards him.

He turns toward me with a smile.

"I'd like that, and maybe I'll open up to you" he says.

"I'd like that" I say with a soft smile.

"AYE YOU GUYS DONE BEING LOVEY DOVEY AND READY TO START THIS FIRE" I yell with a smirk as Maya looked at me with red on her cheeks.

We started the fire and laughed and talked about the most random things ever. We drinker almost all the beers but luckily me I know how to handle my liquor unlike maya who is drunk off 7 beers, I'm guessing she isn't the drinking type.  Lucas is tipsy but can still handle himself kinda and Cassius ain't drunk at all but that's probably because he had o my 4 drinks me on the other hand had like 8 but I'm still sober. Which is good because I can drive Maya back to my place and Cassius can drive him and Lucas back to mines too.

"You know I love you right cora" maya says slurring her words.

"And I love you" I say trying not to laugh.

"Lucas you know your like super sexy right like you can take me any day at any time" maya says as Lucas is wide eyed.

Me and Cassius look at each other trying not to laugh.

"Yeah you probably wouldn't be saying that if you were sober maya" Lucas says patting her shoulder.

"You Cassius m-mayhem better treat Cora good , and can you do me a favor and get her pregnant so I can be an auntie" she says with a drunk smile.

"Yeah how about no more drinks for you and you won't be an auntie anytime soon" Cassius says with that dumb smirk.

"I think it's bout time we get back to my house yeah?" I say as I get up.

"Cassius can you help me get maya to my car" I say as I grab one of mayas arms.

"Yeah of course" he says back.

"I'll go get the car started" Lucas says.

It was way harder than I thought it would be to get maya to the car that Cassius had to carry her.

"Wait I want Lucas to come cuddle me" she says as Cassius Kay's her in the back seats with a blanket.

"You can cuddle Lucas all you want when we get to my house okay" I say as she looks at me with a big smile and then like that she is sound asleep.

"Thank you for your help" I say as I shut the door and turn to him.

"Anytime, now I'll see you back at your house okay" he says as he puts his hands on my waist.

Damn butterflies.

"Okay" I say with a smile.

And like that he headed to the car and we drove back to my house, great now we have to sneak a drunk maya in the house or my will have a fit that I let a friend get this drunk.
