Like all peaceful and blissful moments they eventually end when all the avengers <minus thor, jamie and bruce> got a lead on rumlow's operation in lagos, Nigeria. Stiles, pietro and wanda never heard of this place so they dont know what to expect from going there.

To say Stiles was nervous was a understatement, his eyes darting from the left to the right while pietro had his arm around stiles to attempt to calm him down as stiles's breath was slightly erratic, pietro massaged stiles palm making him calm down. Wanda looked between the panicked mess that is stiles and pietro who is calming him down.

Wanda is worried, but not that worried because pietro has one person he cares about panicking he doesnt need another...so she wants to be the one to prove that the mission will be a success.

  Stiles looked at wanda while his head was on Pietro's chest listening to his heart  calming down. It was the look on Wanda's face that shone determination that calmed stiles down all the way. He was, and still is glad that the three of them survived that day. It was a morbid thought, but it's true.

Stiles, pietro, wanda and natasha sat at the same table. Wanda and stiles drinking tea. While pietro was discreetly looking around for rumlow's men. He spotted something, a rover to be precise. Pietro thought it was kinda suspicious and apparently natasha thought so too, but steve quick to point it out first.

"All right, what do you see?" Steve asked as he spoke through the coms. Stiles looked at steve at the same time as wanda and they looked to where steve was looking at.

 "Standard beat cops. Small station. Quiet street. It's a good target." Wanda says while she takes another sip of her tea. Stiles nodded agreeing with her.

"There's an ATM on the south corner, which means?" Steve said as he wanted to trio to really observe their surroundings.

" Cameras and alot of them to be precise" stiles says as he breathed out as he drinks his tea. Natasha nodded very proud of the skills he developed.

"Both cross-streets are one-way." Steve noted earning looks from the trio as realization.

"So, compromised escape routes." Wanda stated as she frowned a bit knowing where this was going.

"Means our guy doesn't care about being seen. He isn't afraid to make a mess on the way out. You see that Range Rover halfway up the block?" Natasha asked while discreetly nodded her head towards the rover. Pietro long since noticed it decided to speak up.

'Yeah, the red one? It's cute but not really my type of vehicle" pietro stated almost bored from waiting for this long. He wants to get this over with so he can continue to do some very unspeakable act with stiles. Stiles hands where slightly twitching from inpatient, but was willing to wait for a little while longer.

"It's also bulletproof, which means private security, which means more guns, which means more headaches for somebody. Probably us." Natasha stated with a bit of an annoyed tone to her voice.

"You guys know that stiles and I can move things with our minds and my brother can run very fast" Wanda says in confidence.  Stiles nodded enthusiastically while pietro smirked. Natasha rolled her eyes at the trio still didnt get what she told them in training.

  "No, there are times where you cant rely on your powers. Besides looking over you shoulder should be second nature" natasha explained to the trio.

  "Did anyone tell you that your a little paranoid" sam pointed out chuckling. Natasha thought for a second before smirking.

" no, well not to my face at least"  natasha chuckled. Stiles was puzzled at the display he witnessed. He just noted it as another strange american thing, but he did see a suspicious looking garbage truck and he wasnt the only one to notice.

"Sam... see that garbage truck? Tag it."  Steve urges sam which he did. Sam was going to question why had steve asked that, but that question was put on hold when the feed came onto the scene on the device he was holding. Steve was looking over his shoulder.

" setting it x-ray video " sam says as the screen switched to x-ray and he can now see the driver well armed and  both men where now very alarmed by what they are seeing now.

"That truck's loaded for max weight. And the driver's armed." Sam sounded alarmed. Stiles, Wanda,  pietro and natasha turned their heads in alarm. Natasha cursed under her breath as she realized on what its purpose was.

"It's a battering ram." Natasha huffed out as she quickly got up done with the stakeout  and was quick to go on guard. Luckily there where little to no civilians on the streets so she can let lose on the idiots.

" Go now." Steve urges everyone as he stood up placing a tip on the table heading towards where the trio and Natasha's table.

"Wait....you really dont mean they would do that...would they" wanda asked worrying about the people inside the building.

 "He's not hitting the police."  Steve says and he finally ran. All the avengers ran towards where the action was. Stiles and Pietro seen the men popping out of the run down buildings stiles blasting them with silver energy while pietro was doing some crowd control preventing them from shooting stiles, wanda or anyone catching them of guard.

A enemy was about to sneak up on stiles while he was distracted , but he didnt get the chance to go for the kill because natasha ran up to him jump from the car to the enemy wrapped her legs around his neck and did a universe tilt snapping the neck of the enemy and slamming him on the ground.  Stiles looked back and saw natasha putting a bullet in another enemies head and then ran off to do whatever she does.

The fight continued on until stiles felt panic coursing through him and ran to where wanda was and  saw the bomb on rumlow was about to go off so stiles nodded towards wanda and they both encased the bomb in silver and scarlet energy. 

The bomb was getting hotter and hotter. The more hotter it got the more hard it was to detain. Stiles and wanda where groaning in pain their arms shaking from trying to keep it under control, but it was getting to much for the both of them. The pair cried out and launched it into the sky getting it as far above ground as possible, but it seems luck was not on their side because when the bomb was near the top it exploded taking out a couple floors screams where sounded within the building indicating there where civilians in there.

Stiles and wanda fell to their knees in horror at what happened. Both of them shaking like a leaf as tears flown down their faces. Pietro was in the middle in seconds with vision taking them both shielding them from the destruction that the bomb had caused. Pietro and vision knew that stiles and wanda will blame themselves in the long run and all that they could do was be there for them as all avengers left a little ashen not knowing what awaits them in the avengers tower.

Sorry it took this long to update this book. I got stupid drunk the day I promised to update. It was fun actually I was at my friends house 😁 shes like a sister to me and we where white girl trashed. Ah it was fun she has two bedroom house and well I woke up with a guy in the bed🤷🏽‍♀️ he was pretty hot 🤣🤣. Well....I shouldn't have revealed to much 🤦🏽‍♀️whoops.
