Miracles:C+ Due to his connection to the divine he can perform basic miracles that both heals and buffs his allies. If he boosts only one attribute it will go up by 75% But if he buffs up to three they'll only get buffed by 25%.
Weather control:B Gwyn has total dominion over the skies and therfore he can control the weather, he can make it any state from perfectly clear to an intense and dangerous cyclone of death and destruction.
