Baskerville was a small town full of all the good things you can imagine, it was like heaven on earth; a UTOPIA, but as we all know that utopia is very unlikely to exist. One night changed everything here.

Luciantos family moved on the 14th of July in Baskerville as a break from the city life, they shifted into a farmhouse near the chloral lake; it is said that the lake keeps peace in the town and has a long history behind it.

Maya Luciantos was the elder daughter of the family, for her life was nothing much special. She was a practical thinker and was not a person who would get swayed by emotions. Ari luciantos was the youngest and but was very clever for a 15-year-old. Marcus and Emma were the parents and sweetest couple and raised their daughters with love and care like every other parent. They didn't spoiled their daughters but disciplined them properly and prepared them for the outside world.

Sounded like a pleasant family didn't it but even these lives didn't know what was waiting ahead for them.

On every 20th of July, the people of the town gathered around the chloral lake and prayed to maintain the peace of the town. They made sure that the lake is kept clean because an old legend stayed their which stated that if the lake is contaminated then the town will suffer from great grief.

The luciantos' also came to attend the ritual even though the daughters didn't look like they came with their will.

"Seriously dad who believes in these legends today, they are just a bunch of stories for entertainment and just so that they have something to hold as a history," Maya said which confirmed that she was not at all willing to be there. "We shouldn't disrespect other's beliefs as their emotions and feelings are attached with it and even if it is not true it somehow becomes their hope to live on." Her dad was a very generous man which justified his words.

The lake had a forest behind it and as Ari's eyes fell there she noticed a red ribbon on one of the trees and scoffed, "Oh, now don't tell me that we can't trespass the woods because an evil spirit resides there. Ha! This town surely has people believing in myths even in today's era."
