Another relationship

Liza's POV

I got dressed for my date with Sam and did my hair when I heard a knock on my door.

I went and answered it, and Sam was there holding a white rose in a nice tux.

He took my hand in his, and led me down the stairs to the car that would take us to a nice restaurant.

We ordered our food and drinks, and started talking.

"So I don't exactly know you, would you like to tell me?" Sam asked
He seemed a little shy, I wonder why.

I nodded and started talking

"Well I go by Liza, not Elizabeth, I absolutely love music and writing it, I love cats and I'm a pretty easy-going kinda girl."

He smiled and asked me:
"So how did you get here? Everyone here has a story. Even the queens. So what is it?"

I thought for a moment and said
"Well it's kinda hard to say and I'd rather tell you when I'm ready. Is that alright?"

He nodded, our food came, and we started eating and talking a bit more.

"Hey Sam, if you don't mind me asking, what's your story?" I asked

"Well what happened to me was I was just at school, and then the ground started shaking. The students and I were in one of the rooms without many desks, so as soon as the ground started to shake, most of the students got under the desks--not including me. So for the other students, the teachers just told us to get out of the building as safe and as fast as we could. I was running out of the building--the ground still shaking-- when a big piece of the ceiling came down and hit me and knocked me out. I have no idea what happened next, but randomly I woke up here and the queens took me in." He said

"How old were you at the time?" I asked

"Only about 11. Why?"

I felt some tears forming in my eyes and I quietly said:

"Because I was in that earthquake and I had a crush on you back then.... Of course nobody noticed me, so nobody really knew except a few people. I honestly really missed you after your disappearance."

He smiled a little and said
"I had a crush on you back then too and I really tried to go back. Hey, I need to show you something. Call me a stocker if you want, but I have found a way that I could keep an eye on you even when you were actually on earth. And I want to show you what it is and how it works."

After that, he took his hand in mine, and led me back to the car which took us back to the castle.
