Chapter Twenty Six

Calum's P.O.V~

Michael and Victoria had came back from their date an hour or so ago and the boys and I decided to give the girls their surprise. We were doing two nights in Summer-Jane's home town and although they had came to last nights concert we thought we'd surprise them with tickets to the second night this time with front row seats.

'Girls we've got a surprise for you!' I announced all four of us standing up from my seat, the girls clapped their hands and wiggled in their seats, god why do girls so that.

'We've got you tickets to tonight's show!'

'Yay!' The girls chorused

'Thats not just it..' Ashton added

'WE GOT YOU FRONT ROW!' The girls jumped up and pounced on us

'OHEMGEE YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST!' Summer-Jane squealed

'We know we are' I sassed

'You didn't have to do that guys' Victoria said half smiling

'We wanted to' Luke replied 'You girls are our bestfriends / partners, we wanted to have one last night with you before we move on to the next city' he added

'Awh Lukey is a cutie' She sang

'We best get to rehearsals mates' Ashton told us

'Later girls' I waved

'Bye'

Rehearsals went great as usual then we just hung with the girls back stage until preparation time. Then girls had to go around the front to get in and I'm guessing they bought merchandise and food.

We are due on stage in a couple minutes. I've been doing this for years now but I always get that little bit nervous. As soon as I got on stage they would disappear though.

Our stage manger gave us the thirty second que as the music started playing and the screams and chanting started

'5sos 5sos 5sos'

'Ready boys?' Luke asked, we all nodded and I inhaled and exhaled deeply, Luke sent me a wink

'Lets go!' And we started to run out on to stage, the screams got louder as we started to play the intro to 18.

'I wish that I was 18, do all the things you read in a magazine, I'm not saying I wanna be Charlie Sheen'

'Good evening Verizon!' Luke shouted into his mic which got a wave of screams in response. Luke finished his speech and we started the next song.

We played two more songs before disappearing off stage for a outfit change.

We quickly returned onto stage and I said my speech. We started to play to the intro to out song but instead of our instruments playing out the speakers, the evacuation alarm started blaring.

''Ladies and gentlemen this is not a drill, please stay calm and evacuate the building, ladies and gentlemen this is not a drill, please stay calm and evacuate the building''

I looked down at the front row, security was guiding the girls out along with other security around the arena. The band and I turned around to exit stage but smoke was coming from backstage. Josh our tour manager guided us to the side stage fire exit and we were evacuated separately by our personal body guards. All four of us were escorted in different directions but all towards the back car park away from the fans. I arrived into the car park second, Michael being the first shortly followed by Ashton and the girls that were escorted through. I looked towards the burning building and saw Luke's bodyguard stand with the other security guys but no Luke in sight. Something's not right, the body guard wouldn't just leave Luke alone until he was in the car park. I turned back to the group, tears about to fall.

'Guys, where the fuck is Luke?!'
