Today at Mingde there is going to be a special guest doing a lecture at the school. Mian has heard a lot about it already she has been preparing. Mian didn't want to seem desperate, so instead of going all out she just decided to wear, a navy business suit with very thin white stripes on the vest and a white shirt underneath. She also decided to wear some flats to go with it. The other choice was black ankle boots, but they didn't go with the outfit as much as the flats did. She left her hair down and was finally ready to go to the lecture.
Just as Mian was about to walk out of the door she gets a phone call and she was going to answer it until she saw who it was from, her sister. In all honesty, Mian and her sister don't have the best history because her sister betrayed her. If you knew the reason why you would be mad too. But, Mian had a lecture to go to and she wasn't about to let her sister ruin her whole mood, so she didn't answer the call.

After arriving at Mingde Mian, went to the auditorium. Mian saw Li Zhen and Qinghe Mian walked over to them and took a seat.
"Hi, Mian," Qinghe says excitedly.
"Hi, Qinghe," Mian happily responds.
"Your outfit looks nice today," Li Zhen comments.
"Thanks, yours too," Mian replies with a smile on her face.
"Look, there is Shancai," Qinghe says over in her direction.
Shancai comes hurries to the group and is about to take her seat, but she trips on the stairs when she reaches where they are sitting. Luckily Qinghe was there to catch her.
Just as we were about to ask her if she was okay two girls behind them whisper-yelled at Shancai to sit down.
"Shancai, are you okay?" Mian asks as Shancai sits next to her.
Shancai nods at her in response with a smile before turning to look at the stage.
"Let's welcome our guest from the University of Pennsylvania, Mr. Bobbit."
This is great, Mian will be able to learn about a way to use her fashion as a way to project leadership while watching the lecture and see how his leadership got him here. Sometimes Mian wonders why you need to wear a black suit to project that you are going to a place of importance. Everyone already does that, that's the reason Mian wanted to work in the fashion industry, to bring the flare to the world.
As Mr. Bobbit stood on the stage with the spotlight on him, Mian got more and more inspired. Mian looked up on that stage and realized this is her time to finally show the world what she could do and this is all the start of it. Finally, without Mian's sister and her parents distracting her from what she needs to focus on. Mian will be able to achieve great things.

After the lecture, Mian, Shancai, Li Zhen, and Qinghe were all looking at the pictures that Shancai took. Shancai got some good pictures.
"I like this one. Send it to me I'm making birthday emojis," Li Zhen exclaims.
"It's your birthday?" Shancai questions, surprised, "Happy birthday."
"Happy birthday Li Zhen," Mian says with a smile.
"Happy birthday," Qinghe also says.
"Oh, it's not today. It's in two days," Li Zhen corrects us.
"Text me later today so I can make you a birthday dress," Mian says.
"It's fine Mian you don't have to get me anything, honestly," Li Zhen says.
"What type of friend would I be if I didn't?" Mian tells her.
"Okay fine, I will accept your gift, but, nothing over 300 yuan (50 USD)." Li Zhen tells her with a stern face.
"All right, nothing over 300 yuan (50 USD)," Mian confirms.
Li Zhen and Mian look ahead of them to see Shancai and Qinghe already walked away while looking at Shancai's phone.
"Maybe we should go catch up to them," Mian says with a little giggle.
While Li Zhen and Mian were trying to catch Shancai and Qinghe, a whole bunch of girls came out of nowhere. Not only did Mian and Li Zhen lose Shancai and Qinghe but, they also lost each other. Now, this is one of the things that Mian hates is being in crowds of loud people. But, this is not just a loud crowd of women, this is a loud crowd of screaming women. You won't believe how much Mian wants to leave.
That is exactly what she does, she runs and runs until she gets to the bathroom. Big loud crowds are one of the things that trigger Mian into a panic attack, and trust me they are not fun at all. Mian has this thing where her anxiety causes her to get a sensory overload, that is what's happening. What might be an extremely loud crowd to a normal person, what Mian is like having concert speakers right next to your face with the bass all of the way up.
Mian walks into a stall and tries to calm herself down. She sits there waiting for the noise to die down. When Mian has a panic attack she is most definitely not supposed to be alone but, that's the only choice she has right now. Mian is grateful that she brought her backpack (which she almost decided against). This backpack has the only thing that Mian can use to calm herself down, her design book.
Mian loves to design anything, she loves when she gets to makeover somebody's bedroom, house, hell she can even makeover a person. But, none of those things have the effect that designing clothes have over Mian. Clothing is one of the things that Mian not only does for fun but, she also does it for the fact that she wants to be different, (not Lady Gaga meat dress different,) but she wants to be different in a way that she leaves people with their jaws dropped.

After Mian calms down and leaves the bathroom she hears people talking about Shancai. Mian knows that this can either be really good or really bad. When Mian sees Qinghe and Li Zhen she walks over to them.
"Hey guys, what happened to Shancai?" Mian worriedly asks.
"Apparently, Shancai attacked the special guest, Mr. Bobbit," Li Zhen informs, with a sad look on her face.
"There's no way Shancai would do something like that, I'm sure of it," Qinghe defends.
"You're right Qinghe, Shancai would never do something like that. She wouldn't even hurt a fly... or at least I think she wouldn't hurt a fly. I've never seen Shancai around a fly before. Hopefully, she would, flys are disgusting" Mian rambles.
"Well, you can ask her, because here she comes," Li Zhen tells Mian cutting her off.
Shancai walks up to her locker with a sad face. Mian was about to ask Shancai what happened but, Li Zhen beats her to it.
"Shancai are you okay?" Li Zhen asks.
"Shancai I'm sorry I couldn't protect you," Qinghe apologizes shamefully.
Before Shancai could respond to either of them Mian jumps in, "Shancai what happened? Did you really attack Mr. Bobbit?" Mian asks her with the hope that she will say no.
"I didn't mean to attack him. I was trying to find the F4 member with the green shoes." Shancai tells Mian angrily.
Now this, this is bad.
