Chapter 4- F4

As much as Mian wants to become Shancai's best friend, she did not want to talk to F4. You might think that Mian should be grateful to even look at these beautiful men. Well, they have a history.

F4 and Mian used to be best friends, just like Mian, Shancai, and Li Zhen are trying to be. They used to hang out every chance that they get and when they were hanging out, there was also Jing but, that's a story to tell for later. Anywho they can't cross paths because Mian completely cut them off. They cannot meet each other.

"Shancai, are you sure you want to meet them?" Mian questions hoping she can get Shancai to change her mind.

"Of course! The guy with the green shoes broke my phone. He is going to apologize and pay for it." Shancai is standing her ground.

"But, Shancai don't even know these people. They are rich men with lot's power." Mian informs Shancai. If Shancai doesn't listen to Mian, there is no way that she can help him.

"Who are these F4 people, Mian?" Qinghe asks.

"They're-" Mian was about to answer but, she gets cut off.

"The F4 member are popular seniors at Mingde. Are you guys new?" A beautiful girl with a pixie haircut asks them.

"Yes, we're freshmen from the Nutrition Department," Shancai answers before pointing to Mian, "She is in fashion, and you are?".

"I'm Guo Caijie. Junior in Journalism." Caijie introduces.

Caijie then goes on and on about these very genius men, but Mian isn't listening. is all useless information that Caijie is telling them. These men and their stupid taste and their stupid way of challenging people to the stupid bridge game that they use to prove their "smartness and dominance". You would never understand the amount of hate Mian has for these men. Even though she doesn't even have a reason or need to, she does.

Even though they are incredibly handsome, Mian will not take any of their bullshit. Their tricksters and always get their way. She hates it with all of her heart, especially that stupid slipper rumor.

When Mian finally gets out of her head, she realizes that they are in front of the F4 room. Shancai is in front of the door shouting. Qinghe is doing the same thing except, he's just mocking Shancai.

   "Shancai, I don't mean to offend you but are sure you want to do this. I mean you are going against people with lots of power who could do anything to you and the people you love." Mian tells her. Mian would never let that happen. F4 are intelligent and powerful but, Mian was always smarter.

"Mian," Shancai sighs, "Whoever the green shoe guy needs to apologize and pay for it."

"Shancai, you don't even have to deal with them, ask me, and I'll pay for your phone myself."

"I just want them to apologize, Mian." Shancai, answers annoyed Mian, notices this.

"Okay, I'm sorry I'll leave you to it." Mian answers a bit neglected.

"It's all good. You can help by looking for four tall, arrogantly handsome guys it should be them," Shancai tells her before Li Zhen, and Qinghe put their heads down.

"Is that them?" Qinghe asks while standing in his spot frozen.

 "I think so. I can feel their presence," Li Zhen nervously responds.

   This is no good. Mian knows that it's them, you can just feel their dominance radiating off of them without looking at them. If only that's how Mian really felt, she honestly finds their presence incredibly annoying. Especially that stupid Doaming Si, he is an arrogant idiot. Most people would say, 'Doaming Si is actually a really nice person once she gets to meet him,' that's not true at all he is and always be an annoying jerk. 

   Mian does not need to worry about how irritating the F4 members are right now, she needs to figure out how she is going to hide from them. Mian tries to walk in between two walls and turns her face towards it hoping that it will hide her enough.

   "Hey, green shoe guy." Shancai says with full confidence.

   "What do you want?" Mian remembers that voice, the voice of a man acting like he's made of steel but will get scared once you stand up to him, Doaming Si.

   "What's this?" Shancai asks still keeping up her confidence.

   "A broken phone." Mian knew it, it was going to be pretty useless for Shancai to try to reason with him.

  "Do you know why it's broken?" Shancai really shouldn't be doing this, the only thing that she is walking out with a phone that will still be broken. 

   "That's none of my buisness." Doaming Si responds coldly. 

   "None of your buisness. You broke it by stepping on it." Shancai tells him.

   Mian knows this is going to go nowhere, and as much as she didn't want to be involved she knew that she had to. Mian had to do this because Mian wanted to come to this school to become an adult and live a good life. This is one of the things that she would have to put her big girl panties on for. Mian was going to ignore the past and help a friend. 

   Mian turns around slowly and looks at F4 and slowly walks towards them. She goes past Qinghe, and Li Zhen, she stands right next to Shancai. The look of surprise on F4's face is visible. Mian looks up at Doaming Si straight in the eyes and with a stern look she says, "Doaming Si, it would really suck if your mother found out about this, right? The lady obviously wouldn't care at all if it was a girl who attacked one of the special guests are school, but, that's not what she is going to hear. I am going to tell the media about how her son stepped on the youngest member of the Tengtang family's phone after so rudely pushing her to the ground, and how he never apologized for his rudeness. Would you want that to happen or do you just want to apologize?"

   "You wouldn't, you don't have the guts, and even if you did nobody would believe you." Doaming Si challenges.

   "Are you sure about that, Ah Si? Do you really think that the media wouldn't believe this beautiful 18 year old innocent girl, or a 22 year old rich buisness man who obviously should know what he is doing?" Mian knows she got him for now. Doaming Si and the rest of F4, just stare at Mian.

   "Mian, where were you?" Meizuo asks her. 

   "It doesn't matter. All you need to know is that we are giving you two days to give Shancai an apology and a new phone. Also, you better tell your fan girls that they need to stop screaming indoors," Mian finishes, and then she walks away. Mian cannot believe that she did that. Hopefully, Shancai will be fine with her doing this, but she needed to stand up to them again so that she can feel comfortable if she crosses paths with them again. It's not like she is going to go up to them being all buddy, buddy. Whenever the time comes that they cross paths Mian will walk right past them without paying attention or talking to them.

I am going to start on Chapter 5 today and hopefully, I will finish it soon because we will be focusing more on F4 and Mian's relationship. Also, I am currently looking for an editor so, if any of you have experience in editing please DM me so I can make this story better than it is. Last but not least, I am still in the first episode of Meteor Garden and I am afraid this book might be too long for people to not want to read it. Anywho this is the end of today's Chapter, I am going to work on Chapter 5. Again, thank you for reading.
